I have nothing but gratitude for the warmth, reliability, and good communications from Sheila-Jeans and the team. If I also needed personal care I'd be happy to have it delivered by them. They have also communicated well even when family members are abroad and harder to contact.

If you want a service that goes an extra mile I can heartily recommend these ladies. This small group have been caring for my disabled husband for nearly two years and he loves them. The noise and laughter coming from the bathroom as they attend to him makes me smile every night.

This company went above and beyond to meet my needs. Management were easy to contact to book, confirm or even re-aarrange visits. The manager was also very trustworthy, honest & genuine. I would highly recommend their services.

Found this company by excellent recommendations. Very reliable and due to my complicated situation it's been next to impossible to find anyone who can meet the needs required. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they accommodate everything from A-Z and keep in constant contact with me about my loved one. Very friendly team, honest and genuine. Trust is a huge thing for me and I'd trust the owner 100% with my loved one, including personal issues and financial issues. They have handled my situation with respect, kindness and compassion. My mother’s companions look after her exceedingly well with sensitivity and care. They visit twice weekly. Mum lives independently in her own home, but as she is in her mid-nineties, the company’s employees organise and supervise her medical and social needs. I live a few hundred miles away and so the company provides essential support. As Mum’s hearing is poor, they efficiently arrange her doctors and audiology appointments, collect prescriptions etc. Mum enjoys cheery fireside chats twice weekly and the company attend to her everyday needs, plus weekly bed linen changes. Both Mum and I are pleased with the excellent caring service they provide.
