I asked homecare to help me when I could no longer care for my husband on my own. They were recommended by a friend who has been using them for years. She said "I wouldn't use anyone else" she was right! The team were lovely and I felt so very comfortable with each and every one of them. Sadly my husband has now died, even though I expected and was prepared for, the long haul. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for care at home. When I personally need care I will turn to them again. A big thank you to the team

Care@home take amazing care of my son. At first, I was nervous about involving other carers when me and my wife have been the only people to look after my son, but the lovely staff put our minds at ease immediately. Our son looks forward to his carer coming and going out with her. He has gained independence and confidence whilst being supported by the carer.
We trust the carers completely, which I never expected to happen. They are just so great with him.
The office staff are also always on hand with any questions I have and always reply to me immediately. They are friendly and respectful at all times.

After months of delaying the need for care, we were impressed from the onset with the professional and supportive manner we received from the manager and her team right from our initial conversation. The manager has now been in place for a week and the level of care they have provided, the kindness they show and the attention to detail has been outstanding. We are confident we have made the right choice and they will support both my mother-in-law and ourselves on this traumatic dementia journey.

An excellent company that provides personalised care with dignity. My elderly mother has been receiving care from the company since September 2022 and receives visits Monday to Friday. She looks forward to the visits and enjoys the company and lively chats with the carers. They are kind, thoughtful and respect my mother's wishes whilst keeping me fully informed if there are any problems. They are also very quick to respond to my concerns too. It gives me peace of mind knowing that she is being well cared for. Thank you.

The carers literally went above and beyond, making my father's last weeks comfortable.
They looked after him as if he was part of their family, and nothing was too much trouble.

recommend them. They took the best care possible of my terminally ill 92-year-old mother over a period of several months. I really don't know how, as a family, we would have ever coped without them. The owner is a wonderful lady. She's efficient, reliable, highly motivated and listens to you! Excellent company.

Care@home Oxfordshire has been caring for my parents for the past year. I have found them to be very professional and extremely caring. All the carers are always bright and cheerful and very kind. They treat my parents with dignity and always listen to their needs. They go out of their way to do all the little things that make all the difference, like painting my mother's nails so she feels special and making sure Dad has his favourite fish and chips.
They have been such a support to our whole family, giving us peace of mind that Mum and Dad are safe and happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Care@home Oxfordshire.
