Care@home take amazing care of my son. At first, I was nervous about involving other carers when me and my wife have been the only people to look after my son, but the lovely staff put our minds at ease immediately. Our son looks forward to his carer coming and going out with her. He has gained independence
and confidence whilst being supported by the carer.
We trust the carers completely, which I never expected to happen. They are just so great with him.
The office staff are also always on hand with any questions I have and always reply to me immediately. They are friendly and respectful at all times.
All in all, Care@home is a fantastic and caring company!

After months of delaying the need for care, we were impressed from the onset with the professional and supportive manner we received from the manager and her team right from our initial conversation. The manager has now been in place for a week and the level of care they have provided, the kindness
they show and the attention to detail has been outstanding. We are confident we have made the right choice and they will support both my mother-in-law and ourselves on this traumatic dementia journey.

From the very first call, I was impressed by the professionalism shown by the manager and her team. The initial assessments were very thorough and helped to determine the right level of care needed for my mum. The support given to the live-in carer was exactly what was needed and a caring approach was

Since January I have been part of a wonderful group of people, not just carers. They give me the strength to fight my issues every day.
The team is small but they bring massive amounts of personal care, knowledge, understanding, etc. to every client.
Each and every visit brings excitement and happiness
for me and peace of mind for my wife and family.

An excellent company that provides personalised care with dignity. My elderly mother has been receiving care from the company since September 2022 and receives visits Monday to Friday. She looks forward to the visits and enjoys the company and lively chats with the carers. They are kind, thoughtful
and respect my mother's wishes whilst keeping me fully informed if there are any problems. They are also very quick to respond to my concerns too. It gives me peace of mind knowing that she is being well cared for. Thank you.

The carers literally went above and beyond, making my father's last weeks comfortable.
They looked after him as if he was part of their family, and nothing was too much trouble.
As a daughter, the relief of knowing he was so looked after when I was unable to be there was immense.
His face would
light up when he saw them.
They are a small team, which meant it was so much more of a personal experience. He really got to know his carers, and they got to know him.
I would recommend this team to anyone who is looking to care for a family member.

An excellent company. Highly recommended to look after and care for your loved ones.
Staff are all trustworthy, kind, compassionate, skilled and experienced in their work.
Nothing is too much trouble. They are all so caring and considerate. I would not hesitate to
recommend them. They took the best
care possible of my terminally ill 92-year-old mother over a period of several months. I really don't know how, as a family, we would have ever coped without them. The owner is a wonderful lady. She's efficient, reliable, highly motivated and listens to you! Excellent company.

Care@home Oxfordshire has been caring for my parents for the past year. I have found them to be very professional and extremely caring. All the carers are always bright and cheerful and very kind. They treat my parents with dignity and always listen to their needs. They go out of their way to do all
the little things that make all the difference, like painting my mother's nails so she feels special and making sure Dad has his favourite fish and chips.
They have been such a support to our whole family, giving us peace of mind that Mum and Dad are safe and happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Care@home Oxfordshire.
