The team have been providing visits to my mum for a year now, the carers are always on time, helpful and provide Mum with the help and companionship she needs due to her anxiety and frailty. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Thankyou so much for taking the time to review our service. It continues to be a pleasure for us to look after your mum, her carers are very fond of her. Your positive feedback is lovely to hear.
My parents have used Home Instead for over six months and I would recommend them without reservation. The care professionals are sensitive to their needs and complete a range of tasks in their home whilst respecting their independence. The Home Instead care professionals have given them an improved quality of life and allowed them to stay independent for longer.
Thank you for your kind words about our service. Your parents continue to be so lovely to deal with. We are very proud of our team of carers and they are always thrilled to read the positive feedback about their work.
When I first contacted the Bradford Home Instead office they were so friendly & helpful! My dad had fallen in the house and obviously needed some sort of home help but was very reluctant to accept this - after a friendly meeting with the management team at his home we convinced him that we would trial it first and see how it goes. Within days of making contact with Home Instead, my dad had a carer coming in once a day for an hour - all the carers are great - happy to do anything for my dad and he says he loves them coming now! They take him for a walk, tidy up, prepare meals or food shopping- nothing is too much trouble! I think what he loves most is the company and having a coffee whilst sitting and chatting. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a carer for their loved ones that actually care about them!
Thank you so much for choosing to leave a review for us, Paula, it is much appreciated. Your dad has been a joy to deal with since day one, our carers love visiting him. It is very satisfying to know that he feels the same way. Thanks again.
Mum's carers are lovely people always happy to help with anything mum needs, even watering her tomato plants. They help Mum to get the experience of the wider world as she no longer gets out of the house much.
Hi, thanks for taking the trouble to leave a review of our service, I'm very grateful. We are thoroughly enjoying looking after your mum, she is a delight, and we've seen some real progress in recent months which is the most important thing. Thanks again.
The Bradford Home Instead team are wonderful. They have been looking after my mum, who lives alone and has Alzheimer's, for a few months now. The carers are amazing, they are so patient and considerate with her staff are fantastic in their communication and organisation. They have bent over backwards to help us and support us through this experience. Could not recommend more highly.
Many thanks for this feedback, it is much appreciated. We have a wonderful team of carers here but it is still very rewarding to hear such comments from our clients and their families. We are delighted to have found such good matches for your mum with our carers and they enjoy looking after her so much. Thanks again.

Tell us about yourself, Gerry....
"I first discovered my passion for care at the age of 14 during a work placement in a local care home, and I’ve loved it ever since.
Over the past 34 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a range of roles, from care worker to regional manager. Supporting vulnerable people is something I care deeply about, and I find it incredibly rewarding to see the positive difference we can make in people’s lives. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and building doll houses in my spare time."
Sally combines her hands-on care experience with assisting our Care Manager within the office team.
"I have worked in the care sector for 18 years, including the past 2 years as a deputy manager.
I truly enjoy what I do, as it gives me the opportunity to meet new people every day and make a positive difference by supporting them with their care needs.
In my spare time, I enjoy going for long walks, attending spinning classes, and watching football."
