As the CEO and Founder of The Ubiquity Group, Chad’s experience spans over 25 years at the forefront of marketing. Together with Chairman and shareholder Ian Ayre the UK-based Communications agency boosts a National and International client base that it is very passionate and proud of.

As an Entrepreneurial individual, Chad is hoping that this will be a really rewarding business to be involved with as it can give something back to the community as well as hopefully make a real difference in people's lives.

The skill sets that have been used to grow the agency over the years can be translated to help drive and create an environment that the team in Wales can thrive and help us achieve our goals.

Mike is a current airline pilot (TUI) and ex-Military RAF Officer/fast jet pilot (17 years). Mike’s last role in the RAF was as a display pilot for the Red Arrows aerobatic team. In this role, Mike was also the team Executive Officer where he held responsibility for the daily running of the flying programme, aircrew events, planning and coordination of the domestic display season and a major tour to the Middle East in support of the UK Government GREAT campaign.

Mike’s skills gained will be useful and adapted towards targeted training for carers, operational oversight and efficiency, use of available technology and overall business strategy.

Leane has over 10 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist (working within the NHS and the private sector). Following an extended career break to support her husband in the RAF and raise their 3 children, she has regained HCPC and CSP status as a Physiotherapist and a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and APPI Matwork Level 1 in Pilates.

She has held numerous senior roles within Physiotherapy and has managed a team within the NHS.

Leane has a keen eye for service development, along with communication, people management skills and a holistic person-centred approach to patient care. Leane thrives on developing the business and will ensure that excellent standards of care are attained at all times.

Leane will readily support all staff in their roles and development, and together with Mike and Chad will ensure that first-class, compassionate, forward-thinking care is delivered to all clients within our remit.
