We rate most services according to how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led they are, using four levels:
- Outstanding - The service is performing exceptionally well.
- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
- Inadequate - The service is performing badly and we've taken action against the person or organisation that runs it.
- Not rated - we have not yet rated this area of the service, this is normally because the assessments we have carried out have been focused on other key questions.

I am an experienced Registered Manager in domiciliary care with over a decade of experience in the social care sector. I began my career as an Administrator before progressing to Care Co-ordinator, a role I held for nine years, gaining extensive experience in care planning, rota management, safeguarding, and compliance.
Now leading the service, I am committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity within individuals’ own homes. I ensure the service operates in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and I am passionate about supporting staff development, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

I began my career in the care sector in February 2020, starting as a Domestic before progressing to a Carer and then a Wellbeing Assistant within my first year. This early experience gave me a strong understanding of person-centred care and the importance of supporting both the wellbeing and dignity of those in our care.
I continued to develop my career by progressing into an Administration role, while also gaining experience as a Team Leader. Alongside my care-sector experience, I have developed a strong background in HR and Management, with a particular focus on compliance, quality, and health and safety.
I joined the Roster homecare team as an Administrator, where I have continued to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility. I am now proud to have progressed to Quality Assurance Lead, where I use my experience across care, administration, leadership, HR and compliance to support high standards of quality and continuous improvement.
