Helping Hands have been wonderful, both the management team and the care staff. The carers have treated my Mum with dignity and respect at all times and it has really improved her wellbeing since they started to care for her, especially as there is a small consistent team of carers looking after her, rather than having different carers going in everyday (which would certainly create anxiety for her). The Management team have always been Professional, easily accessible and flexible in their approach to my Mums changing needs, needs which they carefully and thoughtfully consider and document. I can't thank Helping Hands enough for their individualised service to my precious Mum, we as a family, are so reassured that she is in the best and safest hands. Thank you all again.

I would like to give a personal thanks to the Ellesmere Port office staff who continued to adapt rotas whenever I asked them, and maintained that close contact with me . The carers were all lovely and got to know my mum. Thank you so much to the team, we couldnt have done it without you

The team I have are all first class and dependable, with an understanding of my needs, encouraging independence, privacy and dignity at all times in a cheerful and courteous manner undertaking other tasks eg putting out the recycling and making my bed always asking if there is anything else I need before they leave.
I know I will need more care in the future and am happy and confident that I can depend on Helping Hands when the time comes

We have been using Helping Hands for a while now for my mother. All the carers are lovely, they are super caring, thoughtful and make sure that all mums needs are met whilst chatting and lifting mums spirits throughout the visit. We feel reassured and at ease knowing mum is getting the best care we can ask for. We would highly recommend Helping hands, from the first interaction nothing was too much trouble for them, they listened to us and our concerns and also to my mum and what she wanted, they don't just provide care they are company for loved ones as well. The special touch of one of my mums carers buying her flowers on her birthday was lovely. They go above and beyond on every visit and now my mum looks forward to seeing them every day.

Very happy with the service provided, my parents have only had praise for all the carers that have visited them so far, friendly, helpful, nothing to much trouble, have been very supportive of mum in dealing with the challenges dad presents
All of the carers are warm, friendly, efficient and extremely kind.
As a result mum responds very well to them and allows them to manage her personal care.
Communication regarding bookings is excellent and last minute changes have been accommodated with no problem making difficult situations so much easier for us.
All in all a truly brilliant service and one which we will continue to use for as long as possible.
My mum is very happy with the service you provide. All your staff are always on time unless they get held up in traffic and if this is the case they have always rung to let mum know. They are always happy, cheerful and chatty, and brighten her day with their stories of family or holidays. For myself as long as my mum is happy and looked after it makes it much easier for me to relax on my time away. Thank you.
All staff who have been have been very friendly, professional and helpful. Company seems very well organised and run. I am delighted to have been recommended to use the company and have already recommended them to others.
Unable to write due to severe tremor.
Reliable, friendly staff who respond to my dads needs. Excellent service. Thank you.
Helping Hands Home Care have transformed my life and I am no longer lonely, or frightened about not being able to do every day things. I am 85 in March, at first I did not like so many different people coming each day, but now I look forward to seeing them and hearing their stories. I can relax and look forward to each day now and catching up with news. Well done HH. A visit to the doctor was very helpful also.
Helping Hands (Ellesmere Port) have always provided a good service for my daughter. The carers are really good and the office staff have always tried to provide the carers that my daughter feels most comfortable with.
Always willing to accommodate changes such as earlier visits. Easy to deal with.
We employed Helping Hands as carers for my mother and step father in law who both have dementia and were living at home. The care provided was second to none, the carer's all used their initiative and washed bedding and clothing, made sure that the kitchen was left clean etc. as well as catering for the needs of my parents in law. Their cheerful disposition also helped to maintain a nice homely environment. The management team bent over backwards to help with any emergency i.e. the last minute need for an overnight stay etc. Thank you team, you were amazing!
Very happy with the quality of carers. They are kind and caring and carry out duties in a professional manner. The carers have been a great help to me coming in daily to take care of my parents. The company keep in touch if there are any concerns.
I'm very pleased with your service. The carers are all pleasant, helpful, and always on time unless they're caught in traffic, and even then they will ring to let me know. It's nice to hear all their news, they brighten my day. A big thank you to them all.
Very happy with the quality of carers. They are compassionate, kind and carry out duties in a professional manner. Company helpful and taking Mum to appointments.
I have been delighted and impressed by the quality of the service I have received. Despite having to change dates 5 times due to hospital cancellations (often at the very last minute) the staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. The carers have come when they should-not always the case with many services and have been kind and efficient in every way and have been a great help to me! Thank you.
Best wishes.
My daughter says that she has a "happy time" with her carer. She look forward to her Fridays. "She makes me laugh" "I love grandma" (the doll).
