Premier Care Support Ltd provides bespoke support and care packages to assist people who require care or general support at home. The packages are designed with a person-centred approach to specifically meet individual needs.

The caring team can help with all aspects of individual day-to-day care and support needs, in various cases such as hospital stays and discharges, full-time live-in care or simply a bit of companionship and help around the home.

Premier Care Support Ltd's mission is to provide cost-effective premium quality home care and support services to those who require tailored support within the comfort of their own homes or otherwise. Visits are a minimum of one-hour to ensure that no client feels rushed, and up to 24-hour full-time care and support is available.

Care is dependent on individuals. Two carers in particular have made a very pleasing connection with my dad. They are kind, reliable and make a positive difference not just to my dad, but to us, as we know he is in caring hands.

Altogether very happy with the care and given attention. Excellent timekeeping. We must recommend using their services at any time. The day we contacted Premier Care Support they were very attentive and promptly available for any questions we may have. They are very proactive for my needs.

My 84-year-old mother has been very grateful for the care and attention provided by her carer and they have been very accommodating at all her requests. We are so relieved to have found this company to take care of all of my mother's needs and we would definitely recommend them to everyone we meet.
All the staff have been very professional and friendly.

Premier Care looked after Mum in her home until her death and all carers were kind, compassionate and treated her with dignity, especially during her final days.
They arrived on time and their work ethic was extremely good.
As a family, we would highly recommend Premier Care.

Our carer was very helpful and kind. Showed she had excellent knowledge and was thorough. She spent the hours with my mother making her feel special. My mum will miss her now she no longer needs support for the next month until her next operation.

I have found the care by Premier Care provided for my mother to be very good. The company was able to provide care at short notice and were happy to adapt to my mother's needs and schedule. The carers were very helpful and considerate and when a new carer was introduced, they would come with the existing
carer to be introduced to my mum and get the chance to be familiarised with my mum's flat. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a carer.

I needed care after discharge from hospital when my caregiver was away. It was easy to organise, prompt, and reliable. The carer was on time, reliable, listened to my needs and respected me. Dr Neeraj Tripathi is a practising Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, Expert Witness and Registered Care Manager with over 15 years of experience in assessing and managing patients with a variety of mental health conditions, including mental illnesses, learning disabilities and personality disorders.

He is trained in psychological interventions including DBT and CBT. He is passionate about promoting patients’ empowerment and independence, and improved quality of life whilst in the community. Dr Tripathi is registered with the CQC as the Registered Manager. He manages the community care and support services with primary responsibility to oversee the operation of the community care and support and supported living services. He oversees all the safeguarding of the occupants, the development of the staff team members and other key management duties such as budgeting. As Registered Manager Dr Tripathi also has the responsibility to allocate resources and monitor performance to ensure that Premier Care Support Ltd is delivering high-quality home care and support to all our customers. He manages all aspects of the staff team and provides sound leadership to ensure staff team members are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.
