Premier Care Support, Home Care have been adaptable in offering the support my father has needed following an operation. The home caregiver has been attentive, approachable and willing to learn the way my father likes things to be in his own home and continues to encourage his independence. I would recommend the service to others.

I have been very happy with the service of Premier Care Support, especially the two carers that have made my husband at ease as we can understand what they are telling him, so I wonder if I could ask for these two when they come to my husband three times a week. I have found the care by Premier Care provided for my mother to be very good. The company was able to provide care at short notice and were happy to adapt to my mother's needs and schedule. The carers were very helpful and considerate and when a new carer was introduced, they would come with the existing carer to be introduced to my mum and get the chance to be familiarised with my mum's flat. I needed care after discharge from hospital when my caregiver was away. It was easy to organise, prompt, and reliable. The carer was on time, reliable, listened to my needs and respected me. She was positive and went above and beyond to help with my care personally, rehab and housekeeping. I will use and am due to use this service again.
