We're really happy with the service we've received. Managers are approachable and responsive to changing circumstances and demands. We have the same two carers, who are always on time which provides consistency for mum and reassurance for us. I would definitely recommend Caremark to others looking for at home care for an elderly relative.

Caremark have been visiting my mother twice a week since the summer and without a doubt the company have helped hugely to make sure my mother is safe and well. Mum has gone through a lot and the patience and attention Caremark provide is second to none. The communication is excellent and whenever I need to speak to someone two members of staff in particular are always on hand. I cannot recommend this service more. Thank you.

Caremark Northampton has been helping my partner and I to care for a very dear friend, for some considerable time. Always ready to go that extra mile when needed. They showed kindness and took great care of her especially when she returned from short stays in the hospital. We appreciated the way in which they kept us informed as well.

My Grandmother receives care three times a day and she has been very happy with the service she receives. Carers are friendly and compassionate and assist with a wide range of tasks. Would recommend.

Caremark have been fantastic. From the first meeting with staff to discuss our friend's care needs and through a very difficult time of frequent hospital admissions, the Caremark carers were kind and supportive. They really do put care at the heart of everything they do. Nothing was too much effort. And this was maintained even whilst our friend was in hospital and unable to receive her regular care visits, by the backup team in the office who kept in touch by phone and text. I have given a 5 star rating as this company/staff are always going above and beyond. My dad has been with the company since the beginning of the year. My dad is very very specific about how things are done and can be quite demanding. They have catered and adapted to my dad well. Every time I have needed to call/email. They have been very responsive and so helpful. The management is absolutely amazing. P.S. My dad has had 5+ care companies, this is by far the best company. Thanks again Caremark for the services.

My mum has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and although I have been her carer over the past couple of years I also work full time in a local care home. I've been getting exhausted and wanted to take a break away. A member of staff came to do the assessment at home and I was impressed from the get-go. I was then contacted by the managing director Prab who was extremely supportive and helpful in setting up a care package within days and more importantly in time for me to fly on my holidays, I naturally felt guilty about leaving Mum but I needed to have as I could see each day via our home camera system that her team of carers were giving mum excellent care with a personal touch. It was quite emotional when I saw Mum greet her carers with a hug as she was so pleased to see them. I can highly recommend Caremark if you are looking for home care. You can trust them with your loved ones 100% and feel reassured that any questions are handled quickly and professionally. I have my life back.

Mum is satisfied with carers and generally happy with the staff. Carers are only here for short periods of time but on the whole, their service is good and generally happy to do what is asked of them.
