Caremark Northampton, Kettering and Wellingborough

Caremark has been very understanding in a situation I had with my aunt, who is 95 years of age. She was in and out of the hospital etc, and Caremark arranged care for her and was very understanding when she was returned to the hospital. They sorted out the type of care that was needed, the amount of carers, and when I wanted them to attend to my aunt. They were always there at the end of the telephone to give advice. I would recommend them that is why I have a 5-star rating.

Caremark began providing support for my relative at the end of January 2024. I contacted them after reading their very positive reviews and reports of other families' satisfaction with the care provided for their family members. One of the carers has been so kind and positive, professional and patient with my relative who can be challenging at times. The manager and staff are very easy to contact and have been very supportive. I’m very glad that Caremark has provided care and I’d be happy to recommend them.

I can’t thank Caremark enough for their professionalism; warm, caring and compassionate attitude during my mother’s last months of her life. You provided my mum with the space to fulfil her wishes, achieving the things she wanted to do. In the process putting a HUGE smile on her face and mine. In my grief, I am able to hold onto those memories of my mother’s happy moments with her carers. Thank you everyone!

Caremark have been brilliant from the start, it has been a year now and my sister is very happy with all that they do. Communication is always excellent and they deal with any concerns in a speedy efficient manner. My sister has dementia so she can be quite challenging but the carers always rise to the challenge. Caremark had been recommended to me as a very professional and flexible caring company. We were really impressed by how quickly they came out to assess our needs and how quickly the care package was set up. Caremark makes a point of allocating you a carer who is a really good fit for your needs and personality.

My husband recently had a very serious MS flare up and as I am still recovering from surgery and radiotherapy, I was really struggling to care for him, as well as myself and our home. A male carer came to help for one hour in the late evening for a week to help my husband to bed and to do any household chores which needed doing. We found him to be a lovely, gentle man who was always friendly and courteous. He was a great help to us.

I recently moved my mother from another provider who were dreadful to the point of being hazardous. I was recommended Caremark by a friend. They took over mother's care and things have improved immeasurably. Carers are thorough and spend time conversing with mother. Mother's demeanour has improved as a result and I am much relieved of the worry about the other provider's short comings.

My sister-in-law is a residential care nurse with many years of experience in the needs of the elderly and less mobile people. Therefore we had 'inside knowledge' of what we were looking for regarding domiciliary care for our mother who has Parkinson's disease and very limited mobility. Caremark Northampton ticked all of our boxes and we are very satisfied with the level of care and compassion displayed by all of their staff and management team. I highly recommend that you contact Caremark if you need any assistance or professional advice regarding home and domiciliary care for yourself or a loved one.

Caremark have been fantastic every step of the way. I first contacted them in February and they were so professional and friendly compared to other companies. They really took the time to understand my grandad’s needs and how he could best be supported. The care plan encourages and empowers him to be as independent as possible in a safe environment at home. His carers are incredible - so friendly, supportive, respectful - and he describes them as friends now rather than carers! The management team have been so responsive and efficient. We first started using Caremark in March 2023 and are still using them. They are an amazing company and have helped transition my dad from a rehabilitation centre to his home, where he continues to make progress in getting back his independence. They continue to provide care in a supervisory role and encourage Dad to do things himself, while making sure he is always safe. He regards them as friends and they often do things together over and above their role. For example, they take him to his hospital appointments and to his bowls club. I would highly recommend Caremark, not only for the level of care they provide, but the lovely people they have working for them.

Faultless really! They are very caring and discreet outfits. I have never felt troubled or alone since I have met and been looked after by their staff for a good while now. I have my favourite but they are all exceptionally caring.

Had to find care quickly, the response was excellent, staff gave a positive attitude. Do not regret recruiting this company. Both male and female attendants are so dedicated to my husband's needs but also caring for me too.

Caremark are a growing team of care providers. They are providing excellent quality care for my vulnerable 94-year-old mother. The carers are very kind, motivated and compassionate. The management team are super helpful, and always available if you need them. My one concern is for my mum. Caremark provides me with the package mum is happy with.
