We have been using Visiting Angels for a couple of months and from the outset all we have experienced is complete professionality, kindness, empathy, and the business is very quick to adapt should needs change. Surj is amazing and very efficient, I have every trust in her and Adam the carer who takes out my Dad who has dementia is wonderful with him. A first class service that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

Visiting Angels provided immediate care for my father when we needed it. They were professional, caring, sincere and easy to contact. My dad always enjoyed their visit. He felt at ease with all the carers and appreciated their meal preparation, cleaning and most of all the time to chat.

My Dad has been receiving care from Visiting Angels for around 6 months now after a spell in hospital and respite in a care home he really wished to return home and the Angels have helped him to achieve that. All the Angels are so lovely to him and he really finds the visits a godsend. He really enjoys the company and help around the home, it is helping to improve his quality of life. I have also have peace of mind he is getting a daily contact and help keeping him on top of his food/fluid intake and medication. I can also see from the app how his visit went and if he needs anything for when I'm next able to visit, if Im away with work or travel.

Visiting Angels provided daily 1.5 hour visits to my mum over a 3 week period whilst I was on holiday abroad. They came principally to chat with her as she is very independent. The staff were extremely friendly and my mum thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them. I will certainly use Visiting Angels next time that I am on holiday and highly recommend them to anyone else.

The help I have recieved has been incredible. Life is so much easier for me now I can start the day without worry. I drop my children t school, come home and the carers are here to sort out my grandfathers breakfast, medication and personal care. I wish I had found them years ago. Their care is bespoke. Friendly, helpful + total caring right from the start. The help and care I received after having a full hip replacement was second to none! My 'angel' was so nice - friendly + chatty without being overly so. We got on so well I was really sorry to see her go.

The female carer, we have used her services before. We found the service was excellent and familiar to the old lady which is suffering from dementia.
The carer was patient and able to generate good communication with the old lady. With our experiences, we would use Visiting Angels again when we go away next time.

I am extremely satisfied with the care level given to my sister who had a stroke over 12 months ago. The caregivers are extremely professional and where possible the company tries their upmost to send the same caregiver at the same time each visit to enable my sister to gain trust and stability.

Whilst I have found all my carers are lovely. Never the less I have found myself being rushed in a morning (1 hr to get up shower and breakfast whilst not fully awake) I think I am working around their busy itinerary rather than mine which disgruntles me. In the evening I find they all enjoy at least 1 hour of chat with me which costs me money to entertain each other.

Visiting Angels stepped in at very short notice when we suddenly needed care for our parents. The manager was extremely kind & gentle with my parents at the initial meeting. She was also always available - even at weekends. We chose Angels because they offered a more caring, intimate service with the continuity of the same carers visiting. We have used the service for 3 months & the care professionals have been amazing. They were punctual, friendly & extremely compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble. I needed help again this year and used a local agency. I used their service mainly for cleaning and was very unhappy with the level of service I received. I used to have to clean after they had been.

We have been very impressed with the daily care and support Visiting Angels has offered my family, supporting my mum who had Alzheimer's. The manager is kind, efficient and always at the end of the phone (even at the weekend). The care mum received was reliable and friendly and extra duties carried when asked. It is such a difficult decision to arrange care in your own home but Visiting Angels made it straightforward and took a lot of stress away from my dad. Have to say the ladies who visit Aunty are amazing! Three staff members, in particular, nothing is too much trouble, kind and very very caring. Aunt loves to see the ladies and it gives the family peace of mind. If laundry needs doing it's no problem. Thank you all for your help with Aunt.

I have seen the high turnover of care staff and the impact this has on the people receiving care, constantly being cared for by different people, not knowing who is going to turn up and how much they will know about the support that needs to be provided and unable to build any meaningful relationship with the caregivers. I want to provide a consistent, caring and safe service to the individuals we are supporting and this is why I joined Visiting Angels, to be carer centric! I want to empower my caregivers to value themselves and the work they do and to be recognised for the difference they make to people's lives by dealing with issues like poor pay, lack of training and support and feeling undervalued recognising the worth of our Angels."
