Choosing care for a loved one is a very important decision.I am so glad that I decided to choose JLT Care when my wife developed Alzheimers. All the carers that have helped my wife have been trustworthy, reliable and caring.I couldn't recommend the company more.

JLT Care looked after my wife for a good number of years. The care all the Staff gave was exceptional. The love they shared again was excellent, her face lit up on arrival of the carers. Over the years the service they gave was outstanding. If you have a loved one who needs care or you know someone
who may be needing care please contact them, you will not be disappointed.

The manager and her team provide an excellent service for my mum who is frail and elderly.
My mum has continuity with her carers who provide a reliable, trustworthy and friendly service every day. This gives us, her family, great peace of mind and we can relax knowing she is well cared for.
We have
regular communication with the manager and her team, nothing is too much trouble and we feel very happy with everything.
The most important person is our mum and knowing she is happy and relaxed and looks forward to her visits means everything to us.

JLT Care Limited has been marvelous and I would not have been able to cope without them. My elderly aunt who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia started to forget to take her medication and eat proper meals. The manager came and made a thorough assessment of my aunt's needs and personal hygiene.
They ensured that my aunt took her medication at the right time and on the correct days. My aunt's health started to deteriorate and she was in and out of hospital. The manager arranged for my aunt's care package to be increased including the number of times they attended each day. My aunt's two main carers had a lot of patience and understanding and treated my aunt with dignity and at times went above and beyond the call of duty even attending the hospital and comforting my aunt until a bed became available. JLT Care Limited looked after my aunt right up until the end and I could not have asked for better carers.

My father is 93 years old and suffers from dementia. The owner and her team look after my dad with total dedication and care 6 days a week twice a day.
The whole team is totally trustworthy absolutely no issues at all and I would recommend JLT Care to anyone looking to appoint carers to look after
family members and loved ones.

The care and attention to detail given to my father was excellent. We will be forever grateful that he had this experience. The staff are highly qualified and treated my father with the dignity he deserved. I can highly recommend this company.
