The carers were lovely, understanding, professional and so kind. We couldn't have asked for better.

I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for that kindness and care. I couldn't have asked for more.

Overall we are pleased with the service we receive, the carers are very obliging, they take good care of my wife and inform me of any concerns they have about her health, skin condition, bodily functions etc. This allows me to make decisions about her medication or seek medical advice from the GP practice. We had one bad experience back in July 2024, a new carer attended my wife, she did not follow correct procedure when taking my wife to the upstairs bathroom, she put my wife in the stair lift but did not fit the lap belt, she allowed my wife to travel upstairs but did not go up in front of her resulting in my wife arriving at the top of the stairs alone, she reached out for the Zimmer frame and fell from the stairlift resulting in a fractured right shoulder. She had surgery on 14th October and is now in recovery but at 81 years old this trauma has taken its toll on my wife.

This company left my mother without her meds repeatedly. They didn't attend when they claimed to unless the carer abseiled down the back of the property as the door alert didn't go off all day. They charged her for medication collection visits that they were told were not required. They left her without electricity for two days and the only food provided on those two days was one plate of sliced apple and some grapes. The owner lies, repeatedly. They should not be permitted to care for vulnerable people. I can only hope the CQC and ombudsman act before more harm is done.

Since Prosperity Plus Health Care has taken over the care of my nanna, I have noticed a considerable difference in her. She appears more happy and content when I go to visit her, she’s more talkative and if I offer to do anything she tells me not to worry as the carers will be round soon. Everyone in the family has noticed the difference, as opposed to other care providers she has had in the past. I am really grateful for the care and work they do with her and for making her smile and be happy again. A great company, thank you.

The carers come daily and are excellent except some are very quick and my friend doesn’t feel as clean as she should but with her dementia, I sometimes think she’s not quite with it but I’m extremely happy with their care.

Prosperity Plus was employed to help with the care of my dad in his final days. The care received was exceptional right from the initial introductory visit until the final visit. I have experience with several care companies, and never before have I witnessed such loving care given. The carers formed a wonderful relationship with my dad, even in the short time they were caring, and he described them as magical and magnificent, even in his final days when he couldn't communicate well, he was able to tell the carers he was pleased to see them and he genuinely was. Thank you, Prosperity Plus, for making a difficult time a little easier. The whole family would highly recommend this dedicated company.

All my carers have done so far a tremendous job, I’m happy with the care Prosperity Plus Healthcare provides. I have been able to gain back my confidence as a person, my carers have helped me in ways I really appreciate their hard work. They restored and rebuilt my confidence along with my mental health problems, I feel very supported now. I am treated with kindness, respect and dignity. I received my calls on time and my carer is very polite in assisting me with my daily needs. Words from the paramedics was 'your carer is very good to you, I can see they give good care to you and treat you with dignity and respect'. I can say my carers have been good to me, they have never been judgemental to me in any way. My carer is good at preparing my daily meals, it tastes amazing when it's been prepared and served to me. I’m happy with the care I’m currently receiving from Prosperity Plus Healthcare and its carers. The company keeps in contact with me whilst in hospital, which I really appreciate.

Myself and my brother can't thank you guys enough, the carer for my brother is outstanding. He makes sure the home is clean and tidy; washing smells lovely, always clean bedding. Shopping for him helps me out so much, I have my life back.

She's happier with the carers who visit, I've met a few of the care workers, they are polite, explain what they are doing, give choices to my mum regarding food and drinks etc. My mum's happy with her care and, as a daughter, I am too.

I came home after a hip replacement and needed care ASAP. My doctor initiated for me to receive help from Prosperity Plus carers. Upon arrival all staff were professional. I would recommend using the services.

We first came in contact with Prosperity Plus in February, when my dad was discharged from hospital and even though as a family we were anxious for our dad, the minute the manager walked through the door we felt at ease. She came and assessed our dad, and was so softly spoken and caring, we knew right away that our dad would get the best care and we were right. We cannot thank the team enough for their understanding, kindness and just for being caring not just to Dad but to all the family, always making us feel involved and at ease about Dad’s care. We just cannot thank you guys enough. I would highly recommend this company!
