Staffing
Staff are caring, friendly, reliable and compassionate. Staff undergo rigorous checks, including extensive references and Enhanced DBS, to ensure the highest staff standards.

Staff performance is evaluated to safeguard and promote service users' health and welfare. Staff pay an active listening ear to people, promoting good communication and relationships. Eclectic Care strives to ensure and maintain people’s confidentiality and privacy.

Fees are based on the level of care a person requires.
An assessment of the person's care needs is completed to ensure the care package put in place meets the person's identified needs in a safe and timely manner.

Fees:
Because live-in care is always tailored to a person’s specific needs, the costs can be very different. The final price for your live-in care will be confirmed once our care manager has visited you in person to assess your care and support needs fully.

After my elderly mother had spent weeks in hospital we needed some extra help when she returned home. We have been using the excellent service of Eclectic Care since May. Each lady who has visited us has always been cheerful, caring and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Both ladies attending to my wife have been very attentive to her needs. Both are easy to talk to and they make my wife feel completely at ease. Given her complex needs that has been particularly helpful at a difficult time.

Excellent cleaning from a kind and friendly worker. I have had other cleaners before and sometimes these have proved very much less than satisfactory. It is such a relief to have somebody who is professional and works for an organisation which is also professional. I don't have to worry anymore.

Eclectic Care stepped in at short notice to provide daily homecare for my mother and her partner following an accident. Over the last weeks, they have been professional, kind and compassionate.
