My experience with Ontime Response Health Care has been exceptional. What truly stands out is how attentive the caregivers are - they consistently anticipate my needs and respond with genuine care. The fact that the service is so tailored to my individual situation makes me feel truly valued. More than just receiving care, I feel genuinely well looked after. I highly recommend Ontime Response Health Care to anyone seeking compassionate and personalized support.
Excellent service from a top class company. Carers are always on time and are all so kind with my husband who is bed bound. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are very thorough with the care they give and always go the extra mile. I trust them implicitly with my husband's care and truly don't know what I'd do without them. Fantastic team and can highly recommend the company.
The staff is very helpful , cheerful and they are always willing to help whenever you need them. If someone needed carers i would definitely recommend them. I always get my medication and meals in time .
Just like to say the care and attention to my mum has been excellent, and at times the careers have gone out of there way to help my mum feel more comfortable and relaxed.
My mum was unsure about having carers into her home at first but she soon adjusted and enjoyed the carers visits 3 times a day. The carers helped my mum stay in her home before she passed. As a daughter living a few hours away it was good to know that they were going into my mum everyday, giving mum her medication, helping her with personal care , making her tea, making sure that she was eating properly and helping her with changing the bed and general care .
For just over two years the staff of Ontime Response were dedicated to my Wifes care and I can only reiterate the comments made in my previous review. Their dedication to her and to her personal care and hygene needs were second to none and they all became part of our family. I shall be forever in their debt for helping make my wifes final days as comfortable as possible. I shall miss their laughter and banter to the end of my days and I wish the Company and staff every success in their endeavours in which is a difficult world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The company should be proud of them all.
