Excellent service from a top class company. Carers are always on time and are all so kind with my husband who is bed bound. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are very thorough with the care they give and always go the extra mile. I trust them implicitly with my husband's care and truly don't
know what I'd do without them. Fantastic team and can highly recommend the company.

The carers were fantastic. So helpful I don't know what I would have done without them. My grandmother would always say how comfortable she felt lying in bed after she had been cleaned and cared for.

For just over two years the staff of Ontime Response were dedicated to my Wifes care and I can only reiterate the comments made in my previous review. Their dedication to her and to her personal care and hygene needs were second to none and they all became part of our family. I shall be forever in their
debt for helping make my wifes final days as comfortable as possible. I shall miss their laughter and banter to the end of my days and I wish the Company and staff every success in their endeavours in which is a difficult world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My mum was unsure about having carers into her home at first but she soon adjusted and enjoyed the carers visits 3 times a day. The carers helped my mum stay in her home before she passed. As a daughter living a few hours away it was good to know that they were going into my mum everyday, giving mum
her medication, helping her with personal care , making her tea, making sure that she was eating properly and helping her with changing the bed and general care .

My mum was end of life, and having Care was not something she wanted I've never had.
From the moment three members of staff came to Support my mum with personal care she felt at ease immediately, the care was very dignified and respectful to my mum needs and wants.

All the team caring for Dad were professional and friendly. There was some limited English with one or two but all the team did their job very well, despite Dad being uncooperative at times and not one ever lost their cherry manner. Dad was cared for at home for around 4 weeks, and we had the same team
on a rotation, and Dad often had a laugh with them. When he moved to a nursing home, he missed the friendly team that had been caring for him, and Mum has missed their 3x daily visits and chats.

I can only speak highly enough about the treatment we received from the On Time care team. My husband was a very quiet man but he was always pleased to see them, he was treated with professionalism but also great care and kindness. For me apart from the care shown the fact that as their name implies
they were always on time making for me what was a very difficult time easier.
