We have been clients of Silver Assist for a few months now. The care and attention to detail have been first-class. Very professional with a personal touch. Staff who take time to get to know their clients, their wants and needs. Communication is excellent. We are extremely happy with the service offered

Hi, my name is Sam and I started Silver Assist back in 2023 because we recognised there was little to no care available to people living in rural communities, and we believe everyone should have the choice to retain their independence and quality of life in their own home.


I started my career in care 16 years ago and haven't looked back since! Silver Assist was built on a foundation of compassion, professionalism and transparency and this remains one of our priorities as we continue to grow.


We were delighted to be recognised by homecare.co.uk as one of the top care providers in Wales for 2024 and receive an "Outstanding" rating by the CIW in February 2024.
