We arranged additional care hours, over a seven day period, enabling Family Members to have a much needed holiday. It all went very well with careful planning and it was an enjoyable experience. Many thanks .

Overall Experience
We've used the services of AHP for two years now and they have been brilliant from start to finish, very felixable and very easy to contact. We've just had a holiday and arranged for AHP to visit more then normal and do more tasks then normal and it went off without fault, knowing how well my Dad was cared for made my mums and I much needed holiday a lot easier to relax. Thank you for all your hard work.

Overall Experience
I had a total hip replacement in January and as my husband was not very strong we arranged to have some extra help for me. A very nice sympathetic lady moved into our home for just over 2 weeks and each night when I needed the loo I was able to call her and she helped me back into bed. She also helped my husband to prepare an evening meal for all of us and was so willing and cheerful. It was overall a very happy experience.

The team have been supporting me since August 2024 when I was discharged from residential rehabilitation.
They are so friendly and supportive and understand and meet my needs.
Thanks to all staff and of course the lady who arranges the schedule of visits and also visits herself to ensure I am satisfied with the service.
There is a question about value for money. If we were approached by someone offering cheaper care, we would stay with Ashforhire.

Overall Experience
My mother used Asforhire for domicillory care following a hip replacement operation. The manager and the team were brilliant: kind, caring and attentive. I can't recommend them highly enough. We would have no hesitation in reaching out to the manager and the team again when the need arises.
