Very poor service all round. Poor conditions for existing long service loyal employees, unable to work the hours they were promised after the company recruited carers from S. Africa. Visas necessitated that they be given 40 hrs per week. Long service carers had to leave as they were unable to earn...
Very poor service all round. Poor conditions for existing long service loyal employees, unable to work the hours they were promised after the company recruited carers from S. Africa. Visas necessitated that they be given 40 hrs per week. Long service carers had to leave as they were unable to earn enough to survive as a result. I understand the 'new' carers are unhappy with their conditions. One has given notice, others are looking to move also. Had a call to say Apex were coming to assess my wife. The day before the visit, called me to give 28 days’ notice due to staff shortage. Some office staff moved on also.
