All my carers are great but one lady in particular goes the extra mile. All the ladies are very caring and make me feel at ease now that I need extra help with my care. I look forward to their visits every day.

Apex were the sitting service for my mother many years ago. Since my father has required care I could think of no better company to look after him when I’m not there to do it. Some of the staff have been with the company for years and are still the same carers that looked after Mum. They are able to
talk to dad with their memories and are happy to chat with him. They are very professional and when there are any problems or concerns they are sorted quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend Apex to anyone needing care or support.

My son had a severe stroke several years ago, and on discharge from stroke rehabilitation came home to live with me. Since then we have relied on your amazing carers, two every morning, and domestic once a week. They get him up onto his shower aid and then dress him getting him ready for the day. He
is sadly very disabled unable to use his right side and very limited with his speech, the carers know him very well and show him the utmost respect and love and care for him, he in turn loves them very much. I am so pleased and very happy with the two carers we have had for several years now, I couldn’t possibly continue to care for him at home without them.

Very poor service all round. Poor conditions for existing long service loyal employees, unable to work the hours they were promised after the company recruited carers from S. Africa. Visas necessitated that they be given 40 hrs per week. Long service carers had to leave as they were unable to earn enough
to survive as a result. I understand the 'new' carers are unhappy with their conditions. One has given notice, others are looking to move also. Had a call to say Apex were coming to assess my wife. The day before the visit, called me to give 28 days’ notice due to staff shortage. Some office staff moved on also. Please see my full review on another platform which is much more than 1000 characters allowed here. You won't regret it!

Apex girls are very supportive and professional. They always check my friend has everything she needs and if I leave a note they write back to me. They have worked really well during coronavirus and I am pleased they are starting to have their injections.

Apex have been caring for my mum for 18 months now and the care she has received has been excellent. During that time mum’s needs have increased and Apex have been extremely flexible. Having the app has been brilliant as I’m able to check the call notes and the carers are able to pass messages on to
me. I am always contacted immediately if there are any problems. The carers are always on time and those that I have met have been very polite and caring. Being mum's only relative, and working full time, Apex have been like a lifeline to me. They are able to tend to mum's basic needs so that I can spend quality time with her.

My brother was terminally ill and bed bound. Carers from Transform looked after him for 9 months until he passed away. I cannot praise them enough from manager to carers. He was treated with the best care and respect ever. They became his life and within the work setting his friends. I continued to
work which would have been impossible without the care they provided. I trusted them totally in my home and would not have even known they had been in as it was always kept tidy. My brother suffered from anxiety but soon I saw that diminish due to the kind and gentle care he received. Anyone thinking of using this company based on my experience could not go wrong. Thank you to you all.

There is not a sufficient number of carers in ratio to clients. This impacts massively. I personally am supposed to have morning calls, I have had calls as late as 1 pm! The excuse is that they have not got enough carers - not my problem. Plus, I do not have male carers, so on a few occasions have had
no care at all. I was abused as a kid. I am not having men in my personal space. The carers they have are massively overworked filling in the gaps. I think this is unfair of them because they are carers then they are more likely to do extra hours...because they care.

Wonderful bunch of girls (carers). It's a shame that the office lets the field workers down, the latest being a new carer to the company (2 weeks) and still has no Identity card. Disgraceful.

We have been reviewing the incident in question, and your carer has explained they were waiting on their tunic while they were beginning their shadowing before they officially started work. We always issue ID badges first, but our recruitment team are working very hard to issue each new member of staff an official tunic as soon as they start work.
