Since my last review in April my aunt has passed away. Heart of Hope were amazing up to that point and beyond. Kind, caring and so helpful especially in the latter stages of her life. My aunt loved the carers coming in, always cheerful and ready for a chat as they got her ready for the day. Nothing was too much trouble. The management was always at the end of the phone and I knew that the carers were in constant contact with the management updating any problems.
The carers were wonderful and always arrived on time. They were kind, considerate and very caring, nothing was too much bother. They talked and laughed with Mam the whole time that they were with her. She was very confident and comfortable with them, which made me happy. I also felt supported by both the carers and the manager.
Really pleased with the care you gave my mum, you were always helpful and kind and really wow when it came she needed you any extra time. Found all your staff really helpful and kind, would recommend your services to any future clients
We have always found the staff, management and carers to be kind, considerate and helpful. They treat our mother with respect and nothing is too much for them. Whatever we ask or request they will do for us If it is within their remit. They are there to assist us with any queries we have regarding medication, healthcare, transport, or any other issues at all. If they cannot help us, they give us advice on where we can find the help we need. We have never had any issues with any of the carers or management.
From day one, Heart at Home were so accommodating to us as a family. The staff turned up on time and did an excellent job. They really looked after our patient with love, affection and care. They were also a great support to us as a family. We personally can't thank Heart at Home and the staff enough.
Mam is really happy and satisfied with the girls who arrive to deal with her medication, they have always been polite and treated her with respect. They always arrived on time and contacted us promptly if anything was amiss.
The care received is outstanding, choices are given, and Mum is always treated with dignity and respect. Mum looks forward to her care calls, she never feels rushed and loves catching up with her ladies.
