Very good service all round. Carers are on time and very reliable indeed. No task is a problem - excellent communication on Dad's day and progress. My dad has no problems with his carers and talks about them very highly. Very trustworthy and very professional at all times. Glad I found Walfinch, and I feel Dad is in good hands, which gives me peace of mind.

My mother was well looked after and entertained by the carer. She had her hair and nails done by the carer. My mother was given her meals and taken to the toilet. My mother said it was five star care. She said she would be cared by them again.

Reply from Idris Nasar, Managing Director at Walfinch Newcastle East
