I want you to know just how much I appreciate the care given to my dad until he had to go into hospital. The care he received was far, far superior to anything that he had received until you came along.

They were punctual and consistent meaning that there was stability and uniformity to what he needed. They were attentive to his needs and listened to him so put him centre stage and empowered him. He wasn't listened to by previous carers in the way that they listened to him. Hearing him talk to them and tell them about his life was such an achievement on their part as he is a very private person. When they walked into the room his face would light up.

Without a doubt, I would recommend them to anyone. I cannot praise them enough and the work done with my dad, and ultimately for the rest of the family. Pure gold. Thank you to the Manager you were my angel in my dad's house. I won't say good-bye to you as that is too final and our lives may yet cross so I will instead say see you around.
