This group of carers visited us 4 times a day during my husband's final illness. They were at all times respectful, gentle, patient, friendly and totally caring. I was impressed with the way they dealt with 111 medics during an emergency. They worked at all times quietly and efficiently and I was extremely grateful for their help. They were also always punctual.

The care package was set up at short notice and provided immediate help. My wife was cared for at home for her final 2 weeks and visited 4 times a day. The carers were brilliant, so tender and kind whilst they attended to her. They treated her with the utmost respect and were very gentle. They were meticulous in ensuring she was lying comfortably before leaving. They always arrived within the time allocated. My family were very pleased that she was being cared for so well.

The care given to my dad went above and beyond the call of duty. The two ladies that I met were kind, caring, excellent caregivers and very professional. Nothing was too much for them. My dad looked forward to them coming. They were always happy and smiling. The manager kept in contact with me at all times and was lovely. I cannot thank them enough. The care Dad had before this company just did not compare.

My father was diagnosed with multiple brain tumours resulting from previous lung cancer and bowel cancer and was put into palliative care. We were devastated when the radiotherapy did not work and Dad became increasingly worse over such a short period of time. He never wanted to be in a bed with others washing him etc. and was unable to do anything but for the last 3 weeks of his life this was indeed the case as Mum and I realised he would need much more than we could give. The fabulous care staff came and not only looked after my dad but always checked in on my mum. They were kind, considerate and above all treated my dad with absolute dignity. The carers were consistent in their timekeeping and always had a smile for us. We would not have been able to have Dad at home had it not been for the excellent service he received. I felt that although this was not how Dad would have wanted the end to be it was dignified along with the help and attention from the wonderful care team.

The care that my uncle received from the guys who attended to him during the last months of his life was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure my uncle was comfortable and had everything he needed. I cannot recommend them and their manager highly enough.

The care my husband received was well beyond anything I had hoped for. They were punctual, polite and extremely caring in every aspect required for each visit. They greeted him beautifully and, although getting weaker and not very communicative, his facial expressions showed that he was delighted to see them. They were left to undertake their work and you could occasionally hear them explain what they were doing and, in some cases, why it was necessary. It was my husband’s wish to remain at home providing I received help and brilliant help was there, thank you.

We were very pleased with the level of care, attention to detail and professionalism of the care company. Setting up a messaging group with family members was a great idea and we were regularly kept updated.

My mother received care from 2 carers four times a day to start with, then this was reduced to 1 carer four times a day, following a review. They were almost always on time and worked well according to her needs. They stayed their allotted time and did not rush in and out. Before leaving, she was always asked 'is there anything else that you would like us to do?' I think that the only slight difficulty that might be useful to mention was when 3 carers occasionally came when one was being trained. We appreciate that this is necessary, but can be quite overwhelming for an elderly person and caused a bit of anxiety. They were, however, all very polite and respectful.

I found South East Focus Care to be outstanding in caring for my wife during her last days with us at home. Myself and twelve-year-old daughter are grateful for the major part they played in enabling my wife to die peacefully at home surrounded by friends and family.

The carers that supported myself, looking after my grandad from Jan to April 2024, were second to none. I could not have carried out his wish of passing at home without them. They treated him with dignity and became part of the family. They didn't just care for my grandad, they cared for the whole family. The management were so efficient and available all the time to talk to. They could not have been more professional, approachable and caring. They made him so comfortable and made sure that he remained him right to the end.

What an amazing care company, I was quite worried if this company would deliver the right care for our mum at end of life, they went above and beyond and all her care needs were met, it meant that Mum could spend the last month of her life at home which is what she wanted. The manager and her team are amazing compassionate and caring and constantly kept me informed of any changes. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I am so blessed that I had such a wonderful manager and carers looking after my dad during his final weeks at home. The manager is so warm, friendly and caring and will do anything to help no matter what time of day or night. The carers were all lovely, they were so gentle with Dad and took their time to make sure he was as comfortable as possible. They were professional and communicated well with my dad getting to know him and were always very caring and respectful, they always left Dad looking fresh, presentable and positioned well, taking extra care to help with the healing of pressure sores and to protect from any others appearing. Dad was always thankful and relaxed knowing he was well looked after. They were always so polite, respectful, caring, and helpful towards me also. They made the time I had with Dad so much easier and I will always be thankful.

A member of the South East Focus Care team has been looking after my mother since the middle of October 2023. She has consistently been considerate and kind in her care. The backup from the office and from the support staff who have been in to provide relief for the regular care has been professional and sympathetic to me.

The carers were compassionate, professional, gentle, trustworthy and cheerful. Very good timekeeping, informing us of any small changes, special attention to skin and the risk of bed sores. Also respectful of client, even when unresponsive. We can not recommend them highly enough!
