Care provided by South East Focus was for my terminally ill wife. Her needs were complex as she was disabled long before the terminal illness for which care was provided took her away. The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too difficult and whatever the task, no matter how unsavoury, it was
carried out with care, kindness, gentleness and above all with dignity. The staff always took time to communicate with her to ensure that she knew what was to be done and that her comfort was paramount. If it was a bad pain day then care would be adjusted to fit the capabilities of my wife to ensure that her quality of life was not diminished in any way. The carers got to know her well and developed a rapport that greatly helped as the final days approached and her capability declined. They also took time to care for my wellbeing making sure that I knew from their observations how well or not she was coping. A very professional company with staff who cannot be praised highly enough.

Excellent.
Friendly and kind staff who take time to cater for my father’s needs and wishes.
Always polite and punctual.
Explained everything and fed back to my mother before leaving, they got to know my parents well particularly one carer in particular who was a great support.
We are happy to
highly recommend the manager and all that were involved in Dad's care.

Friendly beautiful souls caring for our loved ones. Compassionate in approach providing excellent care over and above awareness, ensuring in life, care was carried out always with respect. A massive thank you to the staff at Focus Care even after our loved one passed away they were wonderful in their
comfort shown to the family, articulate in making sure care was carried out, at end of life, by carers leaving her comfortable and at peace, before saying their goodbyes.

What incredible people! They visited us three times a day to hep care for my mum and were always cheerful, supportive and very caring.
They helped my mum in her last days with good humour and kept her and my spirits up. I can't begin to thank them enough.

The level of care and compassion they give to my father during their visits to him is excellent.
Nothing is ever too much when the carers are with my dad.
This service provider exceeds the families' expectations.

I have now been using South East Focus for nearly three weeks, for mornings only. The care and attention I have received have been truly outstanding, in every way; commitment, knowledge, communication, empathy and much more. Never having been in this situation before, it could have been very difficult
for me to adapt to having a stranger in my house every day, in a very 'personal' setting; however, I have felt totally at ease from the outset (as has my daughter), and I now very much look forward to his visits.

The two carers who looked after my husband for his last few days of life treated him with great respect and dignity. They were very caring and gentle with him. They were on time each visit and left things clean and tidy.

The manager and her wonderful team were an invaluable support throughout the final stages of my father's palliative care.
They were always prompt, cheerful and above all caring whilst adjusting to Dad's rapid decline. Every day provided a new challenge and they simply adjusted accordingly without hesitation
or drama.

As it was was Mum's last days, the experience was the best it could be; dignified and Mum was looked after well. I knew what was going on at every moment, the carer was wonderful talked to me all the time.

Hardworking, willing to tackle any task and always cheerful. They were a great help when my wife came out of hospital following a hip replacement. Would heartily recommend them. What more can I say?

South East Focus Care cared for my dad during the last eight weeks of his life and I cannot thank them enough!
They provided care in a professional and collaborative way and Dad and I felt listened to. My dad had numerous ailments and understandably felt frustrated and sad at times but the manager
always made him smile with her jovial laugh and positivity. I also felt I could phone her with any concerns regarding his care and she supported me when I needed advice. The carers were punctual, dedicated, caring, polite, patient and and treated my dad with dignity and respect. They reassured him when he was teary or in pain and tried to cheer him up. They treated him like a loved one and I had no concerns over his care not being up to standard; they felt like family! It was a difficult time but I cannot fault Dad’s end-of-life care. Thank you!

I cannot fault the service the manager and her team provided for my mum at a very hard time in our lives, you all brought a bit of sunshine to our lives. They were always on time and always had a smile on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would not hesitate to have them again for
my mum with their five star service.

The care team looked after my mother with end of life care. At all times, they were kind, considerate and very thorough in their treatment of her. They maintained her dignity and I feel they went over and above what was required of them. Truly lovely people who genuinely care about their clients.
