They were punctual and positive and helped my father through a difficult recovery. They always put a smile on his face and came with a positive attitude. They were hard-working and so caring. I am very grateful for the service provided as it helped my family during a difficult time to support my father. There was excellent communication from start to finish and the service was set up almost immediately. Thank you so much.

Excellent from start to finish. Showed great care and consideration at all times and provided an atmosphere of confidence in all she did. The personal care she gave to my wife was superb. Showed herself to be capable of doing anything we asked and was always pleasant and approachable. I would say again, excellent in everything we asked of her. Well done!

Very happy with the service.

The visits over four days were to cover a period of absence of my wife. The carer was always cheerful, on time and professional in her approach. Although i never had much that actually had to be done, I was helped and cared for in a pleasant and polite manner.

The care my mum receives is very good and her carers are friendly with a great sense of humour. Keep the good work up.

I can't recommend this company highly enough! They have been a godsend to our family, taking care of our 90-year-old grandad. Nothing has been too much trouble, they have been professional, caring and supportive to us as well as him. The guidance and support we have received has honestly been incredible. It's lovely to be able to not only see on the notes the care he is receiving but having contact from the wonderful staff also gives us so much peace of mind. The manager and the team are so wonderful often going over and above, including staying over the allotted time when needed to make sure his needs are met. We're so grateful that our grandad can stay in his own home thanks to the care and support from them all.

The response from the Bluebird Care team was fantastic, I needed short-term care at very short notice and the manager was empathetic, warm and stepped in to make it possible for this to happen. Bluebird looked after my dad with dementia. All of the carers were excellent and treated my dad with care, respect and dignity and built up a lovely rapport with him. They got to know his little ways and laughed at his jokes which he loved. He was made to feel important and listened to. We would highly recommend them!

As a new customer, I have found all the people I have spoken to have been extremely helpful and supportive at this difficult time. A lady has visited us twice, helping me to sort out my sister's problems in a very compassionate way. We have had a lot of care companies and they have been rubbish. But we have found one of the best ones which is Bluebird Care, they are fantastic, take pride in what they do. They have made a big difference, making my job easier. I can go away and know Mum will be looked after. Staff are clean, polite and trustworthy. Credit to them all. Happy we have chosen them. The level of care they provide always goes above and beyond, they are always paying attention to the finest detail in order to ensure the safety and comfort of their clients. It gives me great relief knowing that my nan is getting taken care of so well.

What can I say about BlueBird Care Rotherham? This is an absolutely fantastic company, the care plan and care were done and started within a week. The care my 84-year-old dad receives is brilliant, all the staff have given him his quality of life back.
