Overall Experience

We used this service for a long time and found every carer that came to our home excellent, in fact, we looked on some as friends the care was wonderful. Sadly the same cannot be said for the admin staff who fail to keep you informed of changes to rota and sometimes get it wrong. The main thing that I find upsetting is the fact that my husband passed away recently and not one person from the office has offered any condolences or sympathy. Bad attitude. As is telling people what they can and cannot put into a review.

I would just like to say the care workers at Red Robin are wonderful people. They took great care of my uncle. They go above and beyond. He got on well with all his carers. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you all so much.
