Alex opened Bridgewater Home Care - Harborough, following his own personal experiences of Care at home within his own family. Alex set out with the aim to create a trustworthy, reliable, quality and compassionate service for everyone, irrespective of their circumstances or location. Christine has worked in the care industry for over 20 years where she holds a Level 5 QCF in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care. Alongside this, Christine also has other variable qualifications and of recent Level 3 in Education and Training. During her last 20 years of working within the care sector, she is very proud to have achieved the accolade of 'Outstanding' rating where she has been able to use her transferable skills in any care setting required. Christine has a passion for the care and proper treatment of others where her ethos and values are fundamental to the running of Harborough Home Care, and are cascaded throughout the Bridgewater family.

Christine enjoys helping others to achieve, whether that is a Client needing help and support to access the local community or whether it is a member of staff looking to enhance their career development. Christine takes great pride in seeing others meet their personal goals.
