We cannot thank Primrose Care enough for the exceptional care and support they provided to my mother-in-law, during the final weeks of her life.
From the very beginning, the whole team was compassionate, professional and incredibly responsive. As Sally's needs increased, Primrose arranged additional care at short notice, giving our family enormous reassurance.
Every single carer treated Sally with kindness, patience and respect. It takes a very special person to care for someone at the end of their life, and we were fortunate to have such remarkable people supporting us.
We also found their app to be an excellent way of keeping the family updated.
