The service are absolutely brilliant any concerns we have are sorted out straight away. The staff are very helpful and polite the manager is always on the ball making sure everything is in order thank you for you your service

Happy with all the services provided, contact is good and keeping us informed of any changes in mums health for example urine infections, moods etc on time and pleased that we have the same carers each visit both are extremely caring and helpful.

Dunamis Consultancy have been providing in-home care for our dad for over 18 months. Our regular carer is extremely patient and understanding of our dad's needs. She continues to encourage him to be independent where he can and supports him where he can't. She treats dad like he is her own dad, and we truly appreciate the care and respect she shows. Dunamis consultancy has always been very responsive to our needs, we did have an issue with a temporary carer and they instantly replaced her when we raised our issues.

They are quick to respond and keep us updated if they need to provide cover. They ask for quarterly reviews to ensure we are still happy with the service we receive. We have had no issues apart for the one above but given how that was dealt with I have the utmost faith that if we did have an issue it would be dealt with quickly and professionally.

Very efficient caring and kind care service. My mother's carer has built a good relationship provides excellent service and keeps us up to date on a daily basis with her diary comments. She has become a friend and we have seen an improvement in my mother's wellbeing
