Overall Experience
Every aspect of the work is excellent and I am unable to fault any of the care given to my husband. The carers go from beyond the expected standard of work - often doing far more than is expected of them. Offers of help for domestic chores are constantly made.

This care company deserves the highest praise and is to be recommended.

Overall Experience

These people are exceptional. They are not only highly skilled and professional but also dedicate themselves to their customers' well-being and go far beyond the standard provision to help them. They have treated my Dad with great care and great dignity and helped him recover, and have been very thoughtful to my Mum and given her all kinds of help. The ladies have been the people we have worked with at Right and Home.

Reply from Bright Gurupira, Director at Right at Home (Telford, East Shropshire & South Staffordshire)

Hello, I’m Malgorzata (Gosia), Field Care Supervisor.

Family is everything to me, and I love spending time with my children, supporting them in their passions for dancing, cheerleading, and football. We’re a busy and active family, and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

I’m passionate about my work in care because it allows me to make a real difference in people’s lives. As a Field Care Supervisor, I support both our clients and our CareGivers, making sure the care we provide is safe, compassionate, and of the highest standard.

I hold qualifications in Health and Social Care, and I’m always looking to continue developing my skills. I’m a good listener and approachable, and I value the supportive relationships we have built as a team.

The best part of my job is seeing the positive impact our support has on clients’ daily lives and knowing I’ve played a part in making things a little easier or brighter for them. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me enjoying a good book or film, going for long walks, or catching up with friends.
