• We are legally required to ensure all carers have on average a 14-hour daytime rest
break spread over the week (e.g., daily 2-hour break or a 4 hour break every other
day etc).
• All carers are accepted on a full board basis, unless alternatively agreed.
• Bank Holidays will be time and a half on regular bank holidays and Christmas and
New year time will be charged at double of the daily rate.
• Mileage using the carer's own car is charged at 40p/mile.
