It was a great relief for us.
The manager and all staff have always been very helpful ,cheerful ,always on time, always happy to go the extra mile for my father's needs and this was not always easy believe me.
They always kept us informed about any changes in his health and needs.
it was reassuring for us to know he was always safe, fed, clean, dignity was respected and all his needs catered for.
They are honest and reliable and very caring. Would recommend them highly.

The weekly visits have helped lift my mother's personal standards, which were slipping. I see an improvement in her self-esteem. I think that she enjoys the visits. The staff have encouraged an improvement in her choice of clothing. The visits reassure me. I worry less now.

I rang Rose Heart when my gran had been admitted to hospital realising we wouldn't be able to cope after she got discharged. They rang me back within half an hour and explained everything. They came to the hospital and arranged all the assessments and paperwork. When you have a family emergency like this I was so grateful that they took the leadership and organised it. They were amazing with my grandmother, safe and thorough and the cost is worth every penny. She also did not speak English but they took the time to speak to her which gave us a break so could leave her knowing she was safe. They really listened to our wishes and hers and advised us after that. I could not recommend them enough! If you're not sure which carer to go with, have no doubt and try Rose Heart.
