GoodOaks have provided an excellent professional standard of care for my aunt. They performed a thorough pre-care assessment to understand my aunt's needs. They have continued to provide ongoing feedback based on their daily visits to improve my aunt's quality of life. They identify issues and recommend pragmatic solutions. They overcome any challenging circumstances, and often go 'the extra mile'. I am happy and grateful for the high standard of service to date, and am confident to leave my aunt in their care.

I felt I needed to write a review regarding the care and consideration GoodOaks has provided for my mother and father-in-law. My father-in-law is not the easiest to care for and even he is impressed with the care given and the help needed. Initially, GoodOaks explained everything we asked about, and the carer that comes round to help them both with personal needs and some cooking is wonderful, bright and nothing is too much trouble. A huge thanks to the manager who helped us in the beginning and for the continued care and support. If ever anyone needs a recommendation, this company will always be at the top of our list. You have made our lives much easier.

A great service. Goodoaks are extremely helpful and flexible with service users'/family’s needs. They are always happy to assist no matter what or when your query is. Carers are friendly and extremely good at their job, they helped my grandma in a particularly difficult time. Special thanks to the manager for her continued support throughout and after!

Good all round service. Always on time some are very good cooks all are happy to do the jobs around the house we ask them to do for us. We will be recommending you to all our friends and family. A very big thank you from us both.

I cannot express my gratitude strongly enough for what the director and the manager and their excellent team have done to support my mother over the last six months. My mother has Alzheimer’s dementia and has a strong character and quite specific needs. This has not been a problem for them, whilst previous organisations have failed to deliver care that could be tailored to my mother’s individual needs. They are kind, caring and professional, and as a healthcare professional myself I have the upmost confidence in their abilities to provide a first-class service. They have taken a considerable weight off my mind as I can always rely on their help, which is especially important for me as I do not live close to my mother and cannot easily abandon my own patients. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

My parents needed help as my father has terrible dementia and they are both in their late 80's. Our carer played chess every day with my father and made my mother laugh. I live in London so am not local, but it was such a relief. Why we didn’t do it earlier as my mother has been given a new lease of life!

I was very impressed and satisfied by the service they provided. The response time from our first telephone inquiry was very fast with an assessment the next day. They then were able to provide a carer immediately thereafter. The director and assessment manager were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This is always a difficult time and decision to make. They made the experience seamless. They were also highly competitive against other providers on price. I would highly recommend them.

Good Oaks were great when we were trying to arrange care for my aunt. When it got too much providing full-time care ourselves, we approached Good Oaks and they were supportive and helpful in our initial enquiry. We were given a lovely carer who offered a friendly and competent level of care, during a difficult time for our family.
