I have felt totally at ease with GoodOaks and their care for my mum. As I frequently trained and away from the UK, it is very reassuring to have such a reliable and caring company to look after her. Thank you to all of you for your care and professionalism, you are a credit to the care industry. Particular shoutout to mums regular carer Elaine who has gone above and beyond with her care.

Goodoaks pulled out all the stops to provide short notice wrap-around care for my father upon his discharge from hospital. They matched him with excellent carers and have provided a consistently high level of care across all their staff. I can't recommend them enough.

Initially, they took time to understand Mum's needs and selected a Carer based on them. We're in week 3, so it's still early days, but the first few visits have been good and the feedback has included good suggestions.
All in all we're very happy and firmly believe the Care and support being provided will help Mum hughly.

Carers call 4 times a day to wash & dress me, cook and clean me. Once a week a carer shops for food and household needs. They manage my medication.
Such care requires people who are both qualified and have a good personality to meet my needs. Goodoaks provide such people in a difficult market.
My sister has been more comfortable and happier since GoodOaks took over her care. She is full of praise for the carers, and really appreciates its member of the same team. She finds them professional and caring. This has then made it less stressful for her family/me knowing great care is being administered.
I have found GoodOaks very professional and caring.

He helped dad when I was visiting 17-22nd April , this was the mornings mainly as I could help dad at bedtime with his meds etc .
Previously dad had a different staff member as his carer and he is looking forward to his return in June .

Our experience is that GoodOaks have delivered a very good service!
I organised care for my father in law. I chose Goodoaks after speaking to the manager, I was impressed by her care and knowledge. Pop's carer was lovely, very caring, and very patient with an elderly gentleman with Dementia and mobility problems. After several hospital admissions, Pop is now going into full time care, but I won't hesitate to recommend the team at Goodoaks.
The review is very well-managed and most reliable. The carers are of the highest quality and really enjoy their work. They take a real interest in the patients they are dealing with. Keep up the good work.
The lady was very attentive to me when I was feeling unwell and I am very pleased with how she did her work. She is very kind.
