Director & Registered Manager – GoodOaks Homecare Horsham and Crawley

As Director of GoodOaks Homecare Horsham and Crawley, and a Registered Nurse still practising at Horsham Hospital, I bring both clinical experience and compassionate leadership to the service. I am passionate about delivering high quality, person centred care that enables people to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

My nursing background gives me a deep understanding of the challenges people face and the importance of care that truly respects dignity, choice, and individuality. I take pride in supporting a dedicated team of carers who share these values and who strive to make a genuine difference every day. For me, good care is about trust, kindness, and helping people feel valued and at home.

As the Co-Director for GoodOaks Homecare Horsham and Crawley, I take responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across the service. My role is to make sure care is delivered in line with regulatory requirements and best practice, always keeping clients’ wellbeing and dignity at the heart of what we do.

I work closely with the Registered Manager and care team to maintain a culture of openness, accountability, and continuous improvement. I am deeply committed to supporting both clients and staff, ensuring that everyone involved with GoodOaks feels listened to, respected, and supported to achieve their best.

I’m the Deputy Registered Manager for GoodOaks Home Care – Horsham & Crawley. I began my career as a carer, and that hands-on experience continues to shape everything I do. I understand how meaningful, compassionate care can transform someone’s day, and I’m passionate about making sure every client feels valued, respected, and supported. In my role, I work closely with our care team to provide guidance, encouragement, and the tools they need to deliver the best possible care. Creating a positive, supportive environment—for both clients and staff—is at the heart of my work every day.

I’m the Care Coordinator for GoodOaks Home Care – Horsham & Crawley. My role is all about making sure our clients receive the right care at the right time, delivered by the best-suited carers. I work closely with both clients and the care team to build trusting relationships and ensure every visit runs smoothly. With a strong understanding of what good care means day to day, I’m passionate about supporting our carers and making sure each client feels listened to, respected, and cared for.

My name is Elaine, and I’ve been with GoodOaks Homecare Horsham and Crawley for a year. I was one of the very first care professionals to join the team, and it’s been amazing to see both the office and the team grow over time.
