I cannot recommend RAH highly enough. We felt supported from day one with nothing too much trouble. My partner looks forward to his morning care visits. Every carer is professional, patient & kind, good to hear him laugh & chatter with the ladies. The management team also support me when dealing with GP & medication queries. .

When my sister left for Australia on a very long holiday, I wasn't sure how I would cope looking after two very elderly parents, one of whom is severely disabled. However, I needn't have worried. The organisation Right at Home has been a true godsend.

Over a period of three to four weeks, they have provided outstanding support to my parents. The care has been thoughtfully tailored to meet both Mum and Dad's individual needs. They are always respectful of being in someone else's home, taking great care to follow the way Mum and Dad like things done, and carrying out every task to an exceptionally high standard.

Just as importantly, they bring warmth and companionship. There is always plenty of laughter, and Mum and Dad genuinely look forward to their visits. When they heard that my sister's return might be delayed, they were actually delighted that the wonderful Right at Home team would be coming for an extra week.

I would not hesitate to recommend this outstanding organisation.

Right at Home have been fantastic with my elderly mother in law who at 93 years old managed to remain at home with support from the wonderful staff here. She was very reluctant to allow strangers in the home and was quite defiant at first but soon built up lovely bonds with the ladies and enjoyed spending time with them and telling them her stories, particularly when she met the Queen! Anna and Rachel were brilliant at getting back to us with any queries and really supportive, they are all a brilliant team. I would highly recommend to anyone in similar situation.

The team also provide guidance and support for myself if required and are prompt to communicate any concerns providing reassurance that my father is being professionally cared for.

We have been using home care since my dad had a bad fall last August and right from the first tearful phone call from me they have been absolutely fantastic with the care they have given and continue to give to him. The support they have given me has been such a tremendous help I can't fault anything. My dad loves to see the carers when they come and he sings and tells jokes to them. It's lovely to see him happy and comfortable.

I would like to thank Right at Home, especially Anna, the Manager for her professionalism shown to my family and I in what was a very difficult time for us having to find the right care and support for my elderly mother. She had recently been discharged from hospital after being in there for several months. Her kindness and support is truly remarkable, goes above and beyond, even though the care was not provided, due to NHS Fast Tracking funding. My family and I are eternally grateful for what Anna did for us in the background and would not have hesitated in using this care agency had it not been for the NHS funding and now will be telling family and friends.

As a family we really appreciated their help and support to keep my Dad at home.

My Mother has Vascular Dementia aswell as bladder cancer which resulted in surgery. She now lives with a stoma and urostomy bag so her care needs are quite specific. The lovely ladies at RAH have been taking care of my mum for about a year now, (as her care needs have increased quickly and quite significantly.) The care given has been of a high standard and my mum really enjoys the company and conversation that the team provide. I would highly recommend the care given by RAH to your family and loved ones. My wife was discharged from hospital in June after four months and needed a care position in order to return home. We had a lot of trepidation about how the system would work and its effect on both my wife and myself, as we are both around 90. Several care providers were looked at, but 'Right at Home' seemed more than the best to understand and were very sympathetic to our needs, the manager even saw my wife in hospital and visited our home to ensure that understanding. The initial caring was done by the manager until a routine was established, and then introduced other carers appropriately, but still, with the director, made frequent visits to keep fully aware of progress. We will be eternally grateful to the management & staff for the heartfelt love and care they have shown and are still showing to my wife and I through what has been a very difficult period, and I am sure we would not have gone through this as we have without their understanding help.

Right At Home have recently provided my mum with care through various home visits in June and August. We needed someone to look in on her whilst we were away on family holidays and give us peace of mind. This they did very professionally and with care throughout those periods, which meant we were able to relax in the knowledge she was being monitored and aided; now she has dementia. I would not hesitate to use their services again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I am certain that I will be contacting them again in the future. Many thanks to the team.

Right at Home worked with my mum-in-law for a few weeks before her death. She had been declining steadily and become more dependent. She lived with us for about 15 years but latterly lacked other social contact. All the 'girls' (as she called them!) who attended were great. They brought a ray of sunshine into her life and she looked forward to their visits. They assisted with showering, bed linen changing and general cleaning, but possibly more important was the company they provided and the anticipation of that company. They were never perfect because that was my mother-in-law, but they were pretty near!

The team care for my mum a few days a week and they are very good, caring and responsible. They listen to my requests and hers, and I feel she is in safe hands when I'm at work or away. They have never let me down with covering hours for when I need a holiday break and they genuinely want to make sure mum is cared for to my requirements and that she feels safe and happy when with them.

I searched for a reliable care team for a long time and I hit the best with the Right at Home North Leeds, Otley and Wetherby branch.

I have now been with right at home for two weeks during which I have had two caters for four different sessions. They have both been extremely helpful and fulfilled requests for driving to the shops and going for a walk.

Pleased how it all fitted together. The carers are very helpful and are a big help to ur situation. In some cases, above and beyond would be appropriate. A big thank you to all concerned.
