Absolutely wonderful company, I don't know how we would cope without them! Every member of staff that has visited my grandmother has been kind, supportive and professional. The management are very responsive and helpful, and they keep in touch to make sure the care we receive is always the best for our situation. They all feel like they've become part of the family!

The help and care we have received from the manager and her team has been outstanding. I don't know how we would have coped these last few, very difficult, months without their constant support and guidance. As our needs changed and began more complex, the manager helped with advice and strategies to deal with a situation that was changing and deteriorating. She was always available to talk, advise and guide me through and her team provided amazing physical and emotional care and support. My relative found losing his independence and privacy very difficult and although a kind, polite and charming man could also be cantankerous and very, very difficult. The carers coped with care, compassion and discretion under all circumstances and we will always be grateful to them.

All their staff are very professional but in a most caring, thoughtful and kind way. They are very considerate in our home and always greet us with a smile on their face on arrival.

Very positive experience. The agency is very caring and listens to what a client needs and then caters the care to a client's needs. The carers are more like friends coming to visit and we have a good laugh. I'm very happy with the care I'm receiving and it has improved my life.

So far everything has been really good. It is brilliant. The staff are very good, will always help and go above.

Only in the second week, but pleased with all the carers that came they are all so lovely with my husband it makes his day. The director is so easygoing so she always fits in with what he wants and always has a smile on her face which is nice for us. Thank you to the director and her team.

We could not have managed without the carers. I was recovering from a ruptured Achilles and my wife was in bed with a torn muscle in her back. A care package was put in place remarkably quickly and it was adjusted as I became more mobile and was able to take a shower without help. The carers did whatever we asked of them, and related with us with courtesy and dignity in undignified situations. We were able to reduce their hours when it became possible without any fuss.

All the carers have been so helpful and often good company. They are clever at judging one's ability and therefore what is needed.

Very happy with the service, attitude, positivity and friendliness of the staff even to our dog, who hates hoovers!

From the moment I first spoke to them, I immediately felt at ease. It was such a relief to find home care that covers the area. The team are just brilliant, so caring, kind and patient. You have put us all at ease and the app completed each visit tells me everything I need to know. I know Mum is also happier too, she’s eating more and her personal care has improved. You’ve put her at ease so quickly and treated her with dignity and respect. I’m confident that trust will increase even more as time goes on. That’s all we can ask for, that Mum is happy and safe where she wants to be, in her own home. You’ve made everything so easy and just taken away all that worry we had. We’re so far away, so having you in Mum’s support network is just peace of mind for us. Special mention must go to the manager. She is an exceptional caregiver and her dedication to the role shines through. I have every confidence that as the team grows they will have that same outlook.
