Homecare have been looking after my dear friend since coming out of hospital last April. They have gone to extreme lengths to make sure our every request was met with kindness, care and professionalism. I cannot praise them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for carers who live up to their name.

Varang healthcare cared for my mother for the past 7 months, enabling her to stay at home that little bit longer before going into a care home. They were always reliable and flexible when needed and nothing was too much trouble. They did their best to match a carer with my mum and provide consistency. I particularly liked their daily notes which were reassuring for me, as I did not live nearby, and how they were always available if I needed to talk about anything. Thank you for your excellent care.

They were able to respond quickly when we needed a carer to come in for a an hour in the morning and in the evening eeach dayy for a few months to help my mum with personal care and getting up then later on getting ready for bed. They had carers to help fill in when needed over christmas and new year. Carers were helpful in doing light domestic chores like some cleaning, ironing and washing up too. Very happy with their service, would recommend.

A big thank you to the team for supporting my mum during a very difficult time. She has truly turned a corner and has done so well in the past few months. Thank you for being part of this journey in regaining her strength and independence. She is back to her old self again

We are very grateful for the care my mother Is receiving. She is suffering from dementia and is living on her own. She has two visits per day for breakfast and dinner. The carers are very caring and reliable, they prepare breakfast and dinner, make sure the rooms are safe and tidy and give her tablets twice a day which is critical to get right. They take time to talk to her, play a board game or go for a short walk which helps as all her children live overseas and she really needs the social interaction. Varang Heathcare is flexible to move appointments when needed and open with communication. I would definitely recommend them!

I only needed care for a short term but this was still regarded as just as important as a long term contract.

The home care provider came to discuss my needs before a carer started to visit at the time I requested. All staff were friendly and efficient. My carer listens to my needs and responds quickly. She is amiable, hard-working and interested in me as a person. She is empathetic, we have quickly established a good relationship. The home care provider contacts me regularly to ensure this is maintained. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good standard of care tailored specifically to their needs.

My mother’s carer has been kind and compassionate and has worked diligently to fulfil all her duties to a high standard whilst offering choice and companionship. It has been great to have ongoing support from competent and caring managers in person.
