I am very grateful for the care and support given to our Dad. To know that he is having regular visits and attention is very reassuring.
Communication is good and it is so lovely to see photos of dad going out and about.

Since coming out of hospital my 85 year old mother has suffered tremendously with her mobility and depression. Within a month of your care we as a family are so impressed with mum's improvement with her mobility and mental health. She is now bright and upbeat and very mobile. I know that your ultimate
goal was to achieve mobility , nutrition and positive mental health. All has been achieved from what we see now. Long may this continue and thank you to you and the team.

We are very grateful for the care my mother Is receiving. She is suffering from dementia and is living on her own. She has two visits per day for breakfast and dinner. The carers are very caring and reliable, they prepare breakfast and dinner, make sure the rooms are safe and tidy and give her tablets
twice a day which is critical to get right. They take time to talk to her, play a board game or go for a short walk which helps as all her children live overseas and she really needs the social interaction. Varang Heathcare is flexible to move appointments when needed and open with communication. I would definitely recommend them!

the manager of Varang came to my house to assess my needs the day after I contacted the company. She also helped me a little after the assessment as I couldn't do anything and arranged care for me by the evening.
I liked the fact she arranged for my carers to be mostly the same people giving a chance
for a relationship to build up.
I only needed care for a short term but this was still regarded as just as important as a long term contract.

This care provider is brilliant with communication and responds quickly if there are any issues or questions. They also keep you updated about your loved one and how they are doing as well as if they need anything topping up in the house which makes it easy for the family.

The home care provider came to discuss my needs before a carer started to visit at the time I requested. All staff were friendly and efficient. My carer listens to my needs and responds quickly. She is amiable, hard-working and interested in me as a person. She is empathetic, we have quickly established
a good relationship. The home care provider contacts me regularly to ensure this is maintained. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good standard of care tailored specifically to their needs.

My mother’s carer has been kind and compassionate and has worked diligently to fulfil all her duties to a high standard whilst offering choice and companionship. It has been great to have ongoing support from competent and caring managers in person.
