There are no words to describe the incredible service received from this agency. They became an integral part of my family and supported us through such a difficult time. The care provided to my mum with dementia at the time we were losing my dad was unreal. The compassion, care, flexibility, support and friendship ill never forget. We couldn't have got through the worst time of our lives without Gwen, Pelumi and Eni.... undercover angels that took the best care of not just mum, who they were employed to care for..but also to my dad in his last months, to me and my siblings, mums naughty dog and our children who were often at the house. I've never experienced such a personal service and I will never forget the support the ladies gave us. Thank you so much Gwen and team

I am extremely happy and grateful for such lovely people who go in to care for my sister they are so caring and helpful every day nothing is too much trouble they listen to my sister and make her feel relaxed and at ease. This is the best Home care provider we have ever had coming in. I would like to thank each and everyone of you girls keep up the good work it's so nice for me when I in work I don't have to worry about my sister which is a great comfort to both me and my sister.

We have used other care agencies for mum and dad however D&G Care Services Ltd are head and shoulders above the other agencies. They tailor the care needs to each person, both mum and dad are cared for in bed they have two cares each visit they wash, dress apply creams when necessary and generally care for them as if they were their own family. The culture of the company is all about ensuring they deliver the care which meets not only the person being cared for needs but they also ensure that the wider family are also cared for and are fully involved in the decision making process.
