I had been worried about getting my mum someone to look after her at home due to ill health. Came across Progressive Home Care on a social media platform and contacted them and they responded promptly. An assessment was arranged and they were very professional and friendly. They made sure my mum was offered a personalised care plan to meet her needs. She is very happy and it gives me comfort as I do not live close by but I am always informed by staff on how my mum is doing. I would recommend Progressive Home Care to anyone looking to get care for a loved one.
