I recently moved my Nan to HoneyBee care and I'm really impressed. Their online system lets me check in anytime and see detailed notes from each visit which keeps me informed about her care. The carers are warm and friendly which makes her feel comfortable. Most importantly, she's very happy and feels more supported.
Mum was in hospital for a month and became very weak. I messaged Kim in an huge panic as I was worried that we couldn't cope with helping mum with just her personal hygiene. Kim came out for chat and totally put our minds at ease with Anna and carers were arranged a day after. Nothing is a big deal.
Becky and Sam were assigned to mum and have been fantastic. They put mum at ease straight away with how kind they were. Chatted to mum about everything and anything. Always happy and laughing which is what everyone needs is a bit of laughter.
Now mum is stronger and has her independence back so no longer require honeybee so I thank them for helping mum when she needed help the most. If in future mum may need carers again, I would 100% call them. I would totally recommend them to anyone.
Enjoys the companionship visits and little trips out.
Would highly recommend the team at Honeybee to anyone.
The management team are excellent too, they answer calls quickly and respond so any changes in situation and have managed mums care with real understanding.
I feel very confident mum is in safe hands and that has taken a lot of weight off our shoulders, helping to keep mum safe and comfortable in her own home, for as long as we can.
I was so relieved when I connected up with Honeybee in summer 2025, I was impressed and reassured by their flexability and willingness to accomodate my Mum's care needs. They aim for continuity of carers, so Mum feels comfortable and safe, likewise her care assistant(s) now know her and her quirks, so can recognise what is normal for Mum and what is not. They are extremely attentive, professional and caring! Their support extends to me, e.g. prompting if prescriptions look like they may be running low, noticing changes in Mum that are helpful to share with me. I highly recommend Honeybee care support, they have had a very positive impact on both Mum and my lives. I feel confident going forward that Mum will stay in her own home safely for as long as possible. Thank you Honeybee, without professionals like you, families would just not be able to cope.
Everyone of your ladies are kind and go out of their way to help and are a pleasure to have in your home They make life so much easier you look forward to their. Visits They will do all the little jobs you cannot do
My overall experience with Honeybee has been extremely good all staff are very polite and attentive. They go above and beyond to help me with my requests while always remaining professional. I feel like a person to them rather than a job. Thank you honeybee.
The team at Honeybee are fantastic, very caring, always willing to do that bit extra.
Recently have supported my aunt through I very difficult period.
Everyone of the team are friendly, put the clients needs first, and brighten up my aunt and uncle day.
Not only look after them but give peace of mind to the rest of the family.
Thank you
We have put a plan in place which they follow. If I need anything extra I just contact the office and it's always put in place straight away.
Honeybee carers have always been compassionate and caring both to Mum and us as a family. They have adjusted the care needed and have gone above and beyond at times when help was most needed providing care with dignity and respect. Mum looks forward to their visits and the multiple cups of tea. The managers make it very easy to communicate with them and are as caring and compassionate as all their staff. Thank you Honeybee for all you do..would recommend them if you need care.
Honeybees have been extremely helpful to us , last minute emergencies they have stepped up , great communication, we really recommend these bees , we are very happy and pleased , so thank you for just fitting us in when mother n law takes a turn, you are always there at the end of the phone trying to help
Dad is very happy with Honey Bee. He looks forward, to the visit every day. After the tasks are completed, he enjoys a chat with the lovely carers. I go to work, knowing that he is up and ready for the day. Honey Bee send a rota every week, so Dad knows who is coming in on a daily basis. Having an appointment time is great too. Highly recommended.
I would highly recommend Honeybee Care at Home. Compassionate, caring, understanding, and flexible to my father's needs and changing demands. The manager and the team are highly organised and responsive. Thank you so much!
The Honeybee team are currently caring for our mum who is living with the late stage Alzheimer's at home with her husband. They keep us informed of any concerns and regular updates giving us reassurance while we're not there. They're all friendly and bubbly and have made such a difference to their lives. We cannot recommend highly enough!
My husband and I were very grateful to all the carers working for Honeybee care at home. Every one of them was always cheerful, offering to do anything which could help us. They were always very careful to make sure that my husband never lost his dignity. They felt more like friends helping out instead of people being paid to help us. I would recommend them any time and thank them for all the care we received.
They are responsive and proactive in a crisis and always kept me informed whenever there were any issues.
Care staff are friendly and willing to help with the little touches around the house which was always greatly appreciated!
The team stepped in at a time when other care providers never even returned my calls for assistance and for this, we are eternally grateful.
Well done Honeybee Care at home!
The care my mother received was wonderfull, nothing was too much trouble. The carer would come even at short notice, and help with personal care and food prep. She was very friendly and kind, my mother thought of her as a friend, not a carer.
This is a wonderful professional and empathic service delivered with warmth and care suited to our needs. My husband's needs were often complex and they all adapted to the days he was in pain and also to the days he wanted to chat and laugh. Nothing was too much trouble and they created a protective and comforting bubble for us when we needed it most. Care with a smile and genuine thoughtfulness for the individual at all times. Thank you
My overall impression is that all the staff and owners are very kind and caring. They were very accommodating when we had to move visit times. My dad was reluctant at first but was happy to accept the care very quickly.
Grandad is very happy with the service he gets, it feels like a little satellite family.
Honeybee carers have been my lifeline over the last year following my return home from hospital after having had a very serious car accident which left me barely able to care for myself. The carers have always been kind, thoughtful, cheerful, and caring and nothing is too much bother for them. They have enabled me to make great progress and I am now becoming more independent thanks largely to their care. They have also helped my sister who also lived with me for a while. I would not hesitate to recommend Honeybee to others who need care.
