We were looking for a reliable care provider for our beloved mother. After several meetings with several care providers, we came across Sterling Care. Right from the outset they were extremely professional and very accommodating. Due to our work commitments and family setting an out of hours meeting was arranged. The meeting went really well and we then booked an initial consultation. Both us a family and my mother found the staff to be very professional, helpful and accommodating. Our mother requires very bespoke care due to her condition and we were very ambiguous weather the provider will be able to offer such level of care and patience. Once the consultation concluded we are put to ease by the staff and we leapt forward to sign the paperwork. We were amazed by the level of care that's given to our mum. We are as a family and my mum more so is very comfortable by the services provided by Sterling care. A personal thank you to all the staff at Sterling care. Strongly recommended!
