We offer Clear, Transparent Pricing. Our visiting care rate is structured to be simple and fully inclusive. We do not add separate travel charges, assessment fees, administration costs, complex care surcharges, ad hoc supplements, or higher weekend rates etc.

The price you are quoted is the price you pay.

We recognise that cost is an important consideration for families arranging care. Some providers advertise a lower headline rate, with additional charges applied once care begins. We believe families should be able to plan with certainty from the outset, without unexpected extras.

Our fees reflect high standards of care, continuity of carers, and fair pay for our team, ensuring reliable, consistent support for the people we look after.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
They came to visit me and Mum to talk about how they could help. The problem was that we always had a care provider but we really wanted to move because we were really unhappy. The carers were so nice and gave us lots of advice. We got to meet our carers before they started officially which was nice
for Mum and all of us. It showed us they valued the family/friendship aspect of us. Now they only send the same carers (our girls) and Mum is better than ever. Thank you!

It's great to see the progress your Mum has made, the care staff love her to bits.

Hi, I'm Russell and I'm the Director for Horizons Homecare. I'm married and have 3 daughters, a Weimaraner (Poppy) and a squad of footballing teenagers! My experience in care starts all the way back in 1990's where I supported family members with very specific needs. I then went on to study Sports & Exercise science and Nutritional sciences before falling in love with the world of Business.
I have owned, lead and built businesses in finance, retail, service and domiciliary care - all of which have shaped my decision to join, build and lead Horizons Homecare to be the very best care company around.

In the very rare event that I cannot help you with your care needs, I can certainly help you find an alternative provider that has the same values as we do.
