After years of dealing with numerous care agencies for my elderly parents. at 78 (and a retired teacher) I am now in need of care myself.
I am so happy with the level of service I receive from Tamami Healthcare; this is a far superior agency to what I have experienced in the past. Their standards
of professionalism are exemplary in every area.
I really look forward to their visits and consider them to be more like friends.
They are a young company and I wish them well in their future endeavours - they deserve to flourish.

Professional ,caring compassionate staff who ensure my relative was comfortable and at ease throughout the time he had support.
We were stunned with the fast speedy support by the staff and company and the communication within the staff team was great and reassuring to us as a family as a whole.

I have had carers for most of the time from about 1990 (35 years). I have had some good ones, some not-so-good ones, and of course some truly bad ones. I can honestly say that the service I received from Tamami Healthcare has been among the best. Friendly, efficient, and helpful. All that was needed
was received.
Since the pandemic, I have had a break from having carers and so was a bit apprehensive about having them again, but I needn't have worried. Very good service, I would definitely use them again without any hesitation.

My mum is very happy with the support and care she is receiving. The carer is on time, friendly, professional and good-humoured.
Good contact/communication.
My mum was skeptical about having a carer but now she is happy, which has took
pressure off me trying to work and care for my mum.
