No assessment done did not know how to use the feeding machine, treat the wife like a child, medication sheet feeding sheet, pump instructions, all went missing, empty urine bag in washing bowl and then washing from same bowl, put feed in a jug that was used for emptying urine into plus a lot of other things. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND STAY AWAY.

Thank you for your feedback.We take all clients comments seriously and are committed to providing a proffessional,safe and high standard of care.However,we would like to clarify that some of the statements made in this review are inacurate and do not reflect what actually occurred assessment was carried out, and the claim that we did not know how to use the feeding machine is incorrect. We also categorically dispute the statement regarding the use of a jug intended for feeding used for emptying urine. The client had the jug in the kitchen cupboard and did not inform the carers that he was now using it for emptying urine.We respect the client's right to share their experience, but we also believe it is important that information published about our service is accurate and reflects the circumstances fairly. We would be happy to discuss any concerns directly and clarify any misunderstandings.
