Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I required emergency care for my mother as the other care provider were frequently late or not turning up. Supreme Care Birmingham were the first to call back and immediately arranged the scheduled time as per my convenience. The lady was very helpful, patient and understanding with my mother and assisted
with her personal care as well as spent the rest of the time chatting and engaging with her. My mother felt so much ease with the carer and was looking forward to see her again. Thank you Supreme-Care Birmingham for the great service, you come highly recommended.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I was struggling to look after my 95-year-old uncle in my own home. I spent a morning phoning several care providers. Supreme Care phoned back and came that same evening. A particular carer arrived and immediately struck up a conversation with my uncle. He was thorough, gentle, kind, and most of all
very professional. The carer showered or washed my uncle every evening and got him ready for bed, attaching his night bag to the catheter and giving him his medication.
Supreme Care was the best choice I made. The stress of looking after a frail elderly uncle was relieved. He was excellent and his support was immeasurable. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Supreme Care. Thank you to my uncle's carer.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Supreme Care Birmingham is calculated as follows: ( (12 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 12 Ratings = 5
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Supreme Care Birmingham is based on 2 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 = 3.5
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
