Hi, my name is Jill.

As a registered manager, I consider my work important and pay attention to detail in creating person-centred care plans. I have 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector, primarily as a support worker. I am interested in learning new skills, particularly related to health care, to better serve our service users. I believe ongoing improvement is essential and that learning from mistakes helps refine processes for future success. I hold high expectations for myself and value logical reasoning. Persistence and resilience are traits I bring to my role. I aim to maintain a positive atmosphere at work and often use humour in interactions with colleagues.

I am committed to my profession and dedicated to improving the daily lives of those I support. I moved to England from Eastern Europe 10 years ago and was able to settle quickly, later assisting my husband in joining me and finding employment in care work. We have worked together without issues and developed good relationships with local councils, GPs, district nurses, and occupational therapists.

I possess approximately lot of certificates in the healthcare sector, which reflect my extensive qualifications and expertise. While it is not feasible to list each one individually, I assure you of my strong credentials in this field.

In my personal time, I enjoy activities such as playing with my cats, engaging in DIY projects, solving 3D puzzles, listening to music, photography, diamond art, playing violin, and relaxing with a cup of tea while watching films or reading. I have a range of interests and am open to trying new activities.

I have been in this role for approximately six or seven years. I enjoy fostering a positive atmosphere at work through humour, which I find helps uplift colleagues’ spirits. I am detail-oriented and strive to complete every task correctly. While I sometimes find rules challenging, I make it a point to learn them thoroughly so I can effectively support and protect others. I greatly value working in this sector because it allows me to address diverse needs and hear unique life stories. I am passionate about discussing people’s lives before significant changes and am committed to finding solutions that help improve quality of life, especially when disadvantages are present. I work closely with my registered manager by providing key information regarding service users' challenges, and together we strive to reach effective solutions in our clients’ best interests.

When I have free time—which is rare—I enjoy playing mobile games or doing jigsaw puzzles. My favourite completed puzzle is a large image of a white tiger, which I started to get ready for Christmas and didn’t finish until three Xmas later
