We decided to get a visit from Silhouette and interview them to see how we felt...looking for Respite Care so i get a break as primary carer to my almost 89'year old mother.Paid outside care is new territory so we needed to feel our way a bit.
We had a 2.5 hour discussion going through our requirements/routines/asked lots of questions then Silhouette did likewise.

We got a good vibe and decided to give Silhouette a trial run for 4 days and nights..2 Carers were involved in that period..when i returned my mother was happy how everything had gone ..Nice,trustworthy hardworking people..if you are looking for a care agency I recommend having an interview with Silhouette Care.

Overall Experience
Siluette Care came in at short notice to enable me to support my sister and have some respite. From my first phone call speaking with the manager all contact and arrangements have been straight forward and easy. The carers are gentle and treat my sister with the respect and dignity that she needs. Nothing negative to say about Siluette Care and would recommend them.

Overall Experience
The manager's service was very easy to arrange and she was very helpful to my dad. She was respectful at all times. All communications (through me) were easy and quick. Her other staff members were good also.Would recommend.
