A seasoned healthcare nursing professional with demonstrable operational, tactical, and strategic level experience and considerable success in leading teams in multifaceted health care environments.


Faith has experience working for the NHS for fourteen years, seven years in the Middle East. More recently, three years working in the field of Endoscopy in the private sector.


Faith became Care Quality Care's registered manager in September 2024.


Faith possesses extensive experience in the nursing field in both clinical and non-clinical roles. Whilst also having proficiency in attaining Financial Goals, Directing Clinical Operations, Care Quality Management and Executing Strategic programs.


Faith is capable of multitasking and striking a balance between strategic imperatives of quality care, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement whilst working in partnership with healthcare professionals of all levels.
