Ever since taking on care of my elderly Aunt twice a day in September 2025, after she had an medical episode, her carer has been professional, polite, patient, respectful and incredibly kind. She encourages my Aunt to talk every day and ensures she is comfortable on particularly bad days. She is also able to cover when family committments prevent myself or another relative from seeing our Aunt. Amazing carer and an amazing service.
