Rachel, Director and Registered Manager of CareYourWay Alton, Farnham & Farnborough, is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care. With over 18 years of experience in the care sector, Rachel discovered her passion for helping others when she was just 15 years old, and she has been dedicated to it ever since. Her focus is always on ensuring that each individual receives the highest standard of care, with a genuine commitment to going above and beyond in every aspect.

Becoming a mother allowed Rachel to step back for a time, but it also deepened her empathy, patience, and understanding – qualities that are essential in care. This personal journey has made her even more dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care. Being able to work alongside her parents, Richard & Tracey, in this field adds a special layer of meaning for Rachel, making her career in care all the more rewarding.

My journey into care started during a very personal time in my life, when my dad became unwell. Being close to that experience opened my eyes to just how important compassionate, reliable care is for families. It sparked a passion in me to be part of something that truly makes a difference to people’s lives.

Care has always been close to my heart, and joining CareYourWay felt like a natural step. Today, I’m proud to be a Director and to work alongside my sister, Rachel, building a service that reflects the values we both believe in: kindness, dignity, and treating every client like family.

With my background in marketing, I also lead on how we share our message with the community. It’s incredibly important to me that families know there is support available and that they feel confident reaching out when they need help.

Being part of CareYourWay means I get to combine my professional experience with something deeply personal and helping create a service that we would trust for our own loved ones.

Tracey Earl, Director and Nominated Individual of CareYourWay Alton, Farnham & Farnborough, brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role. With a background in management across retail and office settings, she has developed exceptional customer service skills and a genuine dedication to helping others. Tracey also served several years with the Hampshire Police force and as a first responder with the Hampshire Ambulance Service, gaining deep insight into the importance of community care.

These experiences have shaped Tracey’s commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives. Her work at CareYourWay is inspired by a heartfelt desire to provide compassionate, reliable support for those who need it most, ensuring each client feels safe, respected, and valued in their own home.
