Not Just Care Ltd

I had an accident and suffered a badly sprained ankle. My mobility was badly affected and I needed assistance with getting in and out of the shower which is over my bath. I needed assistance short term for about two or three weeks. My neighbour Mel had set up her own company called 'Not Just Care' and she did not hesitate to undertake an assessment. Mel introduce me to the members of staff who would be helping me. The carers were absolutely wonderful and I learned it was company policy carers would always be introduced to me prior to providing care. It was possible to keep track on the website of days and which carer was coming.

The staff were respectful, polite, kind and very service user focused. They also helped me with household jobs; putting a wash on, hanging it out, making breakfast, and making my bed to name a few. Nothing was too much trouble. Being housebound it was also lovely to chat with Christine and Sam. It was evident the service user is the focus of this company
